guhoyas.cstv.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/090706aaa.htmlFriday at 3pm the Hoyas will face The hated Syracuse Orange. The Orange haven't been very good in the past but seem to be a different team this year off to a 3-0 start. Most of their goals have come from incoming players either freshman or transfers. The Hoyas cannot take them lightly despite having an 8-5-1 record against the cuse and having wont he last two meetings. let's hope for a good win by the hoyas And a good home crowd Support. St. John's will come to town on sunday. leaving time to go to the footbal game between two soccer games. St. John's is ranked 14th in the Soccer Times coaches poll and 16th in the CollegeSoccer News poll. They only have 1 loss thus far to VT who is ranked as high asd 8th in some polls. St. john's is almost unbeatable at hoem having only lost 11 time there in 16 seasons. Luckily we get to face them at home. THis would be a great start to the BE if we can get some quality home wins.

Awesome game today. Biggest crowd at any GU soccer game I've ever been to and I'd think the biggest in some time. Hundreds of students and a great atmosphere. And of course a tough Hoya win. "We want to thank the Georgetown crowd that supported us today," said Georgetown head coach Brian Wiese after today's contest. "They really helped raise our team's intensity level." Nice job guys . Big up to hoyabliu and his guys for coming out with the drums and of course to HSB for all of his promotional work.
