Quite a contingent out in California for the Mt. SAC relays.
Not complete results, but some of the distance ones:
5000m (w) 3. Elizabeth Maloy 16:35.83
5000m (m) 14. Matt Debole 14:11.48
Invitational 5000m (w) 22. Natasha Labeaud 16:48.89
Invitational 5000m (m) 10. Rod Koborsi 13:35.49 (5th collegian; probably 1st or 2nd American collegian)
800m 1. Chris Bonner 1:50.36

Looks like strong times except for Debole--thought Natasha labeaud could have gone faster given her fast indoor times but I would expect some variability from a freshman.
Wonder if that's a GU record for Koborsi in the 5k?

Reformation, you are right on the spot. Koborsi broke John Trautmann's school record set in 1991 in Oslo. Congratulations, Rod. I am getting to be obsolete; the guhoyas site has up-to-date track and field results. They have most of the results from Mt. SAC at guhoyas.cstv.com/sports/m-track/recaps/041406aaa.html I will try to pick up the results that they may have missed. Natasha may have tried to have gone out with the leaders in the invitational 5000 and gotten into trouble later in the race. I would have expected Debole to have gone faster, but still only 1.48 s off the regional qualifying mark.

The only missing info on the Thursday session at Mt. SAC was Brandon Bonsey's 22nd place in the 1500m in 3:57.31.

A name from the past, just down the street from Mt. SAC at Ponoma-Pitzer:
Women 800 Meter Run ================================================================ Name Year School Finals ================================================================ 1 Tyrona Heath Nike Farm Team 2:09.10 2 Ashley Freeman Stanford 2:09.22
Good to see Tyrona is still running.

Some of the team are doubling up at the Long Beach State meet. Chris Bonner went back to his original event, the 400m (I believe it was quite windy)
Men 400 Meter Dash =================================================================== Name Year School Finals H# =================================================================== 1 Moore, Obea er Unattached 47.81 1 2 Campbell, Sherown SR Nothern Colo 48.55 1 3 Pieper, Nate SO Minnesota-Ma 48.73 2 4 Bonner, Chris SR Georgetown 48.91 1 5 Shipp, David SO Ucla 48.98 2
And that was track HS legend (who never did anything in college), Obea Moore in first place.
