Hey - any link to the article ? Was Syracuse #1 in men's ? I have heard they had an unbelieveable recruiting class and are poised to return to their annual slot in the Final Four.

The recruiting issue is not online! However, I have to confess that I did see it in the GU Bookstore! I'm picturing in my mind's eye 007 leading a charge of Hoya Hooligans into Leavey to pillage the magazine stand at the back of the bookstore!!! ;D

The three Syracuse recruits are on the cover. But the Syracuse class is ranked #5. The top 10 are Princeton, UVA, Hopkins, GU, Cuse, UNC, Towson, Loyola, Cornell, and Maryland. Good profile also of GU recruit Brennan Kelly, who they rank as the #8 prospect. Good issue, I read it and some of the stuff people wrote about it on laxpower.com. Definitely worth picking up.

Pig was not a Syracuse fan. Simply a lacrosse fan adding to the discussion. Pig is HUGE Hoya fan. Interesting that Princeton was #1. UVA got top prospect out of DC - Danny Gladding from Georgetown Prep, who's brother played on UVA's nat'l Championship team. I hear Kelly is something special for the Hoyas. Hard to replace Brodie and our great face off man but there is lots of talent returning and this is the second year of a great recruiting class. I am looking for the two K's - Kass and Kahoe to make major contributions as sophmores. Pig has to "beat it on down the line" now.

I don't know about Brennan's level (good to know he is good) but he is an amazing person, very friendly and open. I would love to see the next Brodie in him, but if Kelly comes close I will be happy. He resembles Brodie in character although he is a little more outgoing.
