Why the heck is women's lacrosse going to play on Kehoe and not the MSF?

My guess is that the coaches prefer playing on grass.

Either that, or the painted lines would have to be changed often. I am not sure if women's lax has any different dimensions or line schemes than men's but if they do, they would have to change the lines each time they have a game. Soccer has different lines than football. They might also have two games a week so changing the lines every other day is not good either.

I think all of the teams might prefer to play on grass, but given the destruction that Football and Men's Lacrosse can cause to fields, it makes most sense to put those sports on turf. It's also possible/likely that the reason teams are split between the two fields is mostly for ease-of-scheduling purposes.
