I understand he has the Hoyas high on his lists. Bu ti have never heard of him until now. Does anyone have any info on this guy? He is a Junior in high school

He's out of Louisiana, I think. One of the top 5 PGs in the Class of 06, but the word is it will be tough for anyone to pull him away from LSU.

Yeah, he's an absolute stud, apparently, but the "word" is that LSU us the frontrunner and only an ACC super team could convince him otherwise (Carolina, Duke, etc).
We are on a ton of PG for 2006 -- Derrick Jaspers, Jawan Carter, Nigel Munson all seem like better bets than Augustine or Lawson. And they may be just as good.

A really fun guard to watch. Small, though. My guess is 5' 11". Brother Martin, his H.S. here in New Orleans, has been playing him at the two guard more than at the point this year. Martin is 22 -2, ranked first in the metro area. LSU is rumored to be the leader. I will see him next on 1/21.
