Is the 'Cuse game being picked up?
It's currently listed as "no TV." What's the chance of somebody, somewhere picking it up? Do we really have three straight games with no TV? I just saw Marist and Siena on TV last night and we have two weeks before we're on TV again? Is this right?

Here's my conspiracy theory for the day:
I have the ESPN Full Court package and when I purchased it, I was looking at about 4 GU games. Now, I'm looking at 8 or 9. That amount doubled.
Georgetown was not criticized for an easy non-conference schedule. Why? Because it was a legit schedule.
We're not the only ones who noticed that this team is nowhere near as bad as we were a year ago and have the potential to be one of those great turn around stories. Somebody at the Worldwide Leader saw it too but does not want to publish it just yet.
We have a coach with a recognizable name who is media savvy and a program that brings up lots of memories.
Dickie V mentioned we have three diaper dandies.
Anybody get the impression ESPN is positioning themselves so they can have a lot of games of the "reborn" Georgetown hoops program? Could the Jay Bilases, Dick Vitales, Bill Rafterys be thinking the same thing the most optimistic of us are? That we have a real chance for this to be a surprisingly exciting season? Just a thought.

Throw in the fact that there is no Hockey (I know, not a big tv presence even when they have a season, but still) and it looks like we may see more of the Hoyas on TV this winter/spring.
That said, if you are within 150 miles of D.C. get your ass to a game or two (or three . . .) this season -- now that Fan of the Game has received his long overdue recognition from the good people at the MCI Center, you all can end your boycott and start actually going to the games!

As of now the Cuse and the Nova games aren't on local or ESPN Full Court. I have hunch that things could change after our effort the past two games.
Adding tv isn't that big of a deal if they feel people will watch a good game. I hope they get them on tv. With that effort they deserve to get a few games.
Fan of the Game winning was bitersweet justice. Great work by the good people at MCI Center for voting the most worthy Hoya fan alive.

I think that if ESPN is going to start picking up our games we need to start doing a little bit of self-promotion. I have seen no ads up in DC for our games - I don't know if we don't have the money to do this in our budget, but this is a fun team to watch who gives 110% each game and we need to start selling this team, JT3, and Georgetown as a product again.
