really funny. I was pleasently surprised to see she went to G'town. www.zulkey.com/Agreed. Just the right mix of quirk and good writing, probably worth a visit now and then to the sit And far less of the "please look at me" style than Ana Marie ("Wonkette") Cox. [PS--Wonkette's not an alumna that I know of, just her style is a little too self-promotional.]

Is Cox a Hoya? I'm not a huge fan, but Wonkette is absurdly ubiquitous among left leaning Hill types. I hardly know anyone who doesn't read it occassionally. Georgetown has set up a number of blogs for professors. Good for them. Many departments believe blogging detracts from scholarly pursuits, but it strikes me that taking the time to inject those ideas into the mainstream is what academica is all about. Tony Arend (international law professor extraordinaire) has a blog that's worth checking out. explore.georgetown.edu/blogs/?BlogID=2

duckofminerva.blogspot.com - Kinda scholarly IR blog, but one of the main contributors is Georgetown professor Dan Nexon, who taught a quite excellent government department seminar my senior year. Worth a look.

I could be wrong, but it looks like all of the writers are GU grads (01 or 02).
