I'm trying to get a picture off of an Adobe file and I can't figure out how to do it. It's the picture of the new "I Bleed Hoya Blue" Shirt, so I need it to put up on our website (which is still in progress). I would just put up the Adobe, but it has a second page w/ an alternative design that we aren't using (if I can't get picture, is there a way to separate the two pages of the Adobe design so I can attach the page w/ the actual design we are using?)

1) Open the Adobe doc with the picture you want.
2) Hit the "Print Scrn" button your keyboard.
3) Open the Paint program in Windows (Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint).
4) Press Ctrl+V (Paste) and your entire screen will be printed there.
5) Crop down the area you want to be your picture.
6) Save the desired image as an individual file and VOILA!
