Well, looks like that free flight I won at homecoming won't be usable. That sucks.

You can spend $50 to switch it to another airline. I am supposed to fly the 7th from Dulles to go home. They're legally bound to send that letter by federal labor laws to employees, but they're said to have someone interested in buying their assets. I think they'll still be flying for a bit longer.

Yeah, most airlines will take your tickets for a fairly small fee, just like Tiger said. IAir was nice while it lasted.

It's not that small a fee--$50.00/ Yeah, especially when you consider as an example, my roundtrip ticket this time was $159 after all the fees, taxes and surcharges. That's >30% markup for the fee and if you look at my individual legs of the trip as FlyI does it, it's over half of what my ticket home cost.

Well, looks like that free flight I won at homecoming won't be usable. That stinks. You can possibly file a claim for it in the bankruptcy court if you want a refund for it. Flyi.com has details on free travel stuff too.

One-way rentals are more expensive than booking a whole other flight.
Looks like a change fee on United or I'll have to leave early on FlyI and miss Providence.
