It seems a common occurrence among the affluent is to move into a high-rent district and then complain about the conditions. Usually by people, who buy on golf courses and then complain about their house being hit by golf balls. Now, let's see - the university has been there since 1789; probably not too many people have had their homes (in the family) since that time. So, who was there first? Another case in Las Vegas is the people, who moved into homes near the pig farm, and then complain about the smell.

Wow. How is the high rent district in Las Vegas located near a pig farm? I still have the Hoya article about the neighborhood invading campus (and the French Department surrendering) from 2 years ago - if anyone has a link to that thing it was hilarious - all about them discovering that New South is a federal clean up site and such ...
