Any news on any Patriot League or former MAAC League players continuing their careers in the League. I don't know if anyone got drafted, but I didn't look that hard either.

Sorry, zip for both.
However, the Ivy and the NEC each had one player drafted.

I think that team used to be the Tennessee RiverHawks but changed names after a move and maybe a sale. The RiverHawks were supposed to move to Greenville S.C. but the deal fell through and they played in Pittsburgh or somewhere for that season.
The UIF (formerly NIFL) is the same field size as AFL/AF2 but they have normal goalposts instead of the net.

Is NIFL popular? I've only heard about it once or twice - Tulsa is a very big AF2 city.

Not sure how popular it is. TN wanted a better deal and Greenville lost its AF2 team (which had made the playoffs the year before) because of owner incompetence (i.e. they ran it into the ground because they were too busy running the NBDL team into the ground too while concentrating on their ECHL team.)
