Living in Ct. and having to read another Calhoun debacle, I am more proud to be a Hoya Fan every day. Calhoun was ejected last night vs. Northeastern as F-Bombs could be heard all across Gampel Pavilion. Slamming his hands on scorer's table and constantly whining and pulling players after every turnover. This does not even begin to get into every off the court illegal shady move that he has pulled. And of course, he is far from the only crook in college hoops (see Dec. 22nd opponent's coach). III does things right with class and respect. Last night Ucon's Dyson player played 30+minutes- a previous post talks about III getting the most of all his minutes from frosh, giving them valuable playing experience. Win or lose, we have a program on and off the court that we can be proud of. Unfortunately some of my tax dollars go to Ct's highest paid state employee, a clown with 0 class. Can't wait to trounce them in January!

I also live in Connecticut and it offends me to my core that this state supports that criminal Calhoun. I was secretly hoping that the tide was beginning to shift in the state and that everyone was getting tired of his antics. Unfortunately, it still seems like it is only HoyaPride, myself and a couple of renegade journalists at the Hartford Courant that agree.
I cannot wait for JTIII and the Hoyas to beat down those clowns again in January.

Amen Jahidi, I was the one who sat next to you in Spike Lee's seats at the garden a few years back. We had a great time as Ashanti came barreling into you, your wife, and accountant. Still remember the cheerleaders being scared of being mocked by some crazy guy in a dog mask !

That was such a great time. I have watched that footage on TiVo more times than the Warren Commission watched the Zapruder Film.
I think the bruise on my wife's leg from Ashanti has finally healed!
I will also point out that you are too kind. Those cheerleaders were scared of me even without the dog mask!

Somewhat on topic, Gary Williams was also T'd up going into halftime last night for chucking his suit jacket onto the court. To his credit, he got javelin-like distance on the toss.

I would like to on the record as another Calhoun-hating Connecticut resident, although I think I might hate Geno more.
