He has 33 points at the half against the Lakers.

And the Nugs are still dopwn at the half.
I put in my tape for this game as soon as the Hoyas contest was over. Good thing too. This may be a keeper.

I still use both. But if the Nuggets come out with a win and AI has an excellent showing I will transfer the game to a high quality SP recorded DVD.

Mark Jones and John Berry are hilarious. I just want AI to break 50.
EDIT. OK he passed 50.

Only in Denver--would you see JR Smith attempt more FGA's in 4th quarter with a teammate having 49 after 3 quarters shooting 16-21 from field.
Only in Denver does the so called "best player" not attempt to play defense, rebound, or know how to play--he just looks to score--and this is Melo--he is an awful "franchise" player and should be traded--he can score and was a great collegiate player-but he sucks as a franchise player--no sense of when to step aside and no sense of what is working for his team and what is needed.
Poorly coached team--awful job of running an offense (why did Karl tell Iverson--look to pass now--assuming he'd be doubled) and going nowhere fast.

yup. Against LA last week AI scored 7-9 in a row to end the 3rd, and get Denver back in the game. Then Karl takes him out after the first minute of the 4th, and LA went on a run to blow the game open???

I listened to the third quarter of this game as I was driving home last night, and then caught most of the fourth quarter on TV. The Laker radio announcers were raving about AI's performance, but were also all over Jackson for pulling Radmanovic in the second quarter when he was burning up the nets (16 points in 6 minutes?), and all over J.R. Smith (and indirectly Karl) for his awful performance, which carried over into the fourth quarter. The best they could come up with for Smith's continued time on the floor was that perhaps Karl was using the game as a "learning experience" for Smith.
