MCI - I would LOVE to buy one of those DVD's from you when it's finished - who the hell cares about copyright issues if any. Way to go out on a limb and say you went on record as this year's team being more talented than last year's - with 2 McD's coming into the fold (just busting your chops ) BTW - is this thread now LONGER than Monroe's!!?? HOYA SAXA!!

Once upon a time, this thread was about Hollis. Does anyone know how tall he really is? No Lic, I realize he isn't 7'0 and that you have yet to see his growth plates, but 7'0 still seems like a stretch (ROTFL!!)
But really, anyone know? Did he grow from 6'6 to 6'8 as has been reported? Is he still growing? JT3 is Cleaning up on the Recruiting trail!

MCI - I would LOVE to buy one of those DVD's from you when it's finished - who the hell cares about copyright issues if any. The best clip I've come across so far is the local news replay of Georgetown escaping with a home win against UConn during Zo's senior year. The ball was stolen and Joey Brown went the whole court for a layup just before the buzzer sounds giving Gtown the victory. Crowd goes wild; Zo and the Boys all converge around Joey as if they won the championship, JT and Ronnie have their arms around each other, Churchwell puts his mug in front of the camera and does a funny gesture and JT runs off the court and shoots both arms upwards as his team follows him. Best of all it has the audio of Chvotkin, for perhaps the first time, going on a one minute long "THE HOYAS WIN IT, THE HOYAS WIN IT, THE HOYAS WIN IT" chant which cracks up everyone in the Channel 9 studio. Ah, memories. Hey, man, people here and in the media were predicting us not to be good because of Jeff's departure. Gotta say my limb was a little bit shaky, huh? ;D We have hijacked this thread. No offense to Hollis.

I hate spiders so Charlotte had to go. Plus, Charlotte was freeloading the barn's rent. No value-add

As a little kid I always cried for "Snoopy Come Home". Just when you thought Charlie Brown couldn't get any more pitiful......his dog runs away from home--now that was just mean!!

Who didn't cry when Old Yeller died? Considering that most people first see that when they are about five... you'd have to be some kind of monster. Guilty as charged---I still pull for JAWS to eat Roy Scheider and Dreyfuss!

The only 10 page threads that were sure to stay on topic were about a former coach.
