I would say Jeff's Menu Item would have to be a dessert. For a number of reasons:
--"You save your best for last"
--"You always want to finish off your last course--dessert"
--"So good, you have to keep coming back"
I would like to see the Tombs Brownie renamed: "Jeff Green's Last Course"

I'd agree, except every time I go to Tombs, I end up too full from appetizers and food to eat dessert, which seems to me to be the equivalent of leaving early for the NBA.
