I think most of the time it was done at the record companies' request. I have to second the Pep Band CD -- you can take a girl out of the Pep Band, but you can't take the Pep Band out of the girl...
And I'll add Seven Nation Army (White Stripes) for this year's Pep Band.

Yesterday, I burned a new CD with "We Fly High," "Hustlin'," and other hip-hop game day songs. Now my wife is wondering whether I am having a my mid-life crisis. Can't a 49 year old white Princeton graduate get ready for the Final Four without having to face all these cultural stereotypes?
