If our athletic department can't keep our best player around for four years I won't support the school financially. However, if Jeff stays I will donate 10 times what I am currently giving.

huh?! how does jeff staying or going have ANYTHING to do with the athletic department? That's one of the dumbest things I think I've EVER heard and I hope there is some latent sarcasm that is not coming thru here...keeping JT3 on the other hand is a whole different story...but come on jg...you can't really be serious

Although I have no idea who signs your paychecks JG, I'm guessing that your lack of donations would be made up by a really small percentage of the other JG's NBA salary, so I'm not sure this threat is much of a concern to the folks on the hilltop.

I can make this real simple for Muir and DeGoia. I will never donate another dollar to the school if they let him go. On the other hand, if he stays my donations will skyrocket. My wife and I are already budgeting to increase our donations ten-fold if Jeff is signed to a long term contract.

I know that I might sound selfish, but Jeff would benefit from one more year. I believe that his game will become more well-rounded. As Hibbert, Wallace, Sapp and others develope, so will Jeff.

I agree and also think JT3 would benefit from another year of coaching at Georgetown.

Drunk posting is something that can either be great or it can be dangerous. One of my drunk posts was quoted on the Syracuse board as an example of how stupid Georgetown fans are

I'll donate 10 times what you donate regardless of Jeff's situation. I wll send you an AA book. It is better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are stupid, rather than to speak and confirm the fact that you are stupid.

On a more serious note, is Green projected to be a lottery pick? I would assume that he would be.
