Wow, all these ads are my least favorite people... Dickie V, K, etc... all they need now is Boeheim peddling sneakers or something.

Main thing is--close out on shooters--and force them to drive/attack our middle-- actually, we shouldnt have to close out on shooters as we should never remove ourselves from their grill in the first place. can you imagine the domination if their guards cant get a shot off and all they can do is give it to the 6-8 guy to try to shoot over the trees and get a rebound. hibbs is rebounding without leaving his feet. Great point--but by closing out--should've said "get up in their chest" but problem with that seems we'd be called for fouls ASAP. So just don't give them room/force tough shots and make them beat us--don't help them with fouls and silly play.

if this game turns into a sapp 3 point shooting practice, i have no problem with that. the hoyas are going to need his confidence high for the rest of the tourney.

Sapp is more a candidate for Good Jessie/Bad Jessie.

These first 5 min. are just as important as the last 5 min. of the first half. Got to extend...or at least maintain.

Roy is apparently missing on purpose in order to pad his rebounding statistics

You said TBird--especially in these type of matchups--it's important in EVERY game but in these "underdog vs the Giant" it takes some starch out of them if you don't let them hang around. Officiating usually returns to some sense of order too.

They just look tired... Roy's legs only seem to go so far... Jeff should help speed things up.

Ever since JT3's first year, where'd we always get down huge in the first half and then make it a game again in the last 5/first 5 part of the game, I've always paid a lot of attention to those 10 min.

RDF - I didn't mean Good/Bad DaJuan in the same way there was Good/Bad Brandon, only in that there seem to be two DaJuans, depending on which game you tune into.
But you're right... he's got sick skills and is going to develop into a great player (at least I THINK he will).

Time for Jeff to sit again with his 3rd. Sapp has a bunch of points but I don't really think he's on the same page as the rest of the team right now. He's still pushing things and forcing it a little. But hey, we've got a halfway decent lead so why complain.

Roy just grabbed his 92nd rebound of the day... Is Roy channeling Moses Malone and going for a 20+ rebound night based on getting his own misses?

Jeff--come on--got to adjust to the game and keep your head. Let's extend lead with Jeff out and then bring him back in to knock them out.
