(Note: wow, the Princeton athletics website is a nightmare mess) This could be a
Men's Field: Boston College Boston University Brown Colorado St. Columbia Cornell Dartmouth Georgetown Iona Monmouth North Carolina Penn Penn State Princeton Providence Rider Rutgers Stony Brook Syracuse Toledo UMass Amherst Villanova
Bolded teams are projected to get an Automatic bid to Nationals, including Princeton and Villanova, the two teams ranked ahead of the Hoya Men in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This could be another chance to snag an at-large point or two, as well as to see how they match up against Big East rival Providence (who the Hoyas beat at Nuttycombe)

Women's Teams: Boston College Boston University Brown Colorado St. Columbia Cornell Dartmouth Georgetown Iona La Salle Maryland Monmouth North Carolina Penn Penn State Princeton Providence Rider Rutgers Stony Brook Syracuse Toledo Utah State Villanova
The Hoya Women are favored to win the Mid-Atlantic Region in the latest polls (and every poll this season). If they are running at full strength, it will be interesting to see them against Providence and Syracuse, as well as 3 of the other top-5 teams in the Mid-Atlantic in Penn St. (2), Villanova (3), and Princeton (5).

This should be a very good test for the women. North Carolina also has a strong team and there are some very good individual runners competing from weaker teams.

Very strong result from the ladies, especially without Charlotte Tomkinson, our third best runner at Nuttycombe. Good to see Chloe Scrimgeour back and rounding into form; Luck Jenks and Melissa Riggins are showing real low stick running and Nerukar and Justema are providing very strong results as the 4th and 5th runners. Justema finishing three places ahead of her Providence counterpart effectively handed the team title to the Hoyas. Providence has a very good team; this was a very good response from the ladies, well done!

I will defer to Nevada for all of the results, but the men looked really good with a 2nd place finish, only behind Villanova.

The women were no surprise finishing first in what is a preview for the Big East meet. Providence is a very good team with May winning the race over Chloe. This being Chloe's first race of the season was a very good result with only May beating Chloe in the last 800m.
But the men had a great result beating Princeton (on their home course) and UNC.
1 Villanova 70 2 4 9 24 31 (45) (61) 2 Georgetown 87 7 11 14 17 38 (46) (49) 3 Princeton 92 8 15 19 20 30 (37) (44) 4 North Carolina 106 1 6 29 34 36 (43) (56)

Even though Cuse didn't show up (scared!) as others said, UNC is a likely auto-qualifier from the Southeast Region. And Princeton seems to have run most - if not all - their top guys, so it's encouraging for the Men to beat them here. Mid-Atlantic Region has a strong case for teams this year on the Men's side.

National polls
Men 21. Georgetown up 5 places
Women 9. Georgetown even
Curious rankings: West Virginia was 28th in the last national rankings, now they are 4th, even though they are second in the regional rankings after Georgetown.
