I believe that was the great Ray Parker, Jr. I believe that was Huey Lewis. Google machine says (article from 2016): For 32 years, almost everyone has learned the answer to the age-old question: "Who you gonna call?" The iconic theme song for the 1984 film Ghostbusters was written and performed by Detroit artist Ray Parker Jr., and has undoubtedly become his biggest hit. The menacing, upbeat number took on a life of its own after the release of the movie, and lines from the track, including "I ain't afraid of no ghosts," have found a permanent place in pop culture history — including references in American Dad and Anchorman 2. www.cbc.ca/music/read/15-things-you-might-not-know-about-the-ghostbusters-theme-song-1.5063945

Richmond (Va.) John Marshall four-star recruit Dennis Parker has scheduled two additional official visits. The 6-foot-7 small forward tells On3 he will be at Oklahoma State this weekend, September 3rd, followed up by NC State the following weekend, September 9th. Parker is fresh off an official visit to Georgetown. He’s also visited Georgia Tech, VCU, Virginia Tech, TCU, and Maryland unofficially. www.on3.com/news/dennis-parker-schedules-visits-to-oklahoma-state-nc-state/

Heard that Parker was ripped off himself and made no money from his music.

The visit: NC State The date: Sept, 30 Parker is a priority target for the Wolfpack, and Kevin Keatts has made him feel as such for some time. That said, the competition here is stiff. Parker has already taken an official visit to Georgetown and plans to tour Oklahoma State. The Cowboys and Hoyas seem like the biggest threats to Keatts, who hopes to keep Parker close to his Virginia home for college. Parker seemed impressed by his unofficial visit to NC State back in September of last year. A lot has changed since then, however, as Parker’s primary recruiter, Roy Roberson, is no longer with the school. The upcoming visit could do wonders for the Wolfpack, however, as they remain heavily in the mix, to say the least. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/i-ve-got-five-on-it-breaking-down-five-big-september-visits

Cassidy: Dennis Parker getting on campus at NC State feels like a make-or-break situation, as the Wolfpack are a serious player in the race to land the four-star wing. Oklahoma State and Georgetown, both of which have also gotten Parker on campus, are threats but it seems like Kevin Keatts could use this weekend to create some separation between his program and everyone else should all go well. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/rivals-roundtable-key-commits-visits-taking-place

Dennis Parker ended his official visit to NC State and drove directly to the CBG Live to compete. His game continues to develop, and it all starts with his aggression. Parker was aggressively hunting his own shot from each level on the floor. He handled the ball well in transition and attacked the basket, finishing at the rim with contact. Parker, the 6-foot-7 wing, shot the ball confidently, showing improved form. He has taken three official visits, Georgetown, Oklahoma State, and NC State. www.on3.com/news/shaw-standouts-and-breakouts-from-cbg-live-session-1/
