Aminu is playing like his auditioning for the league. He over dribbles and refuses to give the ball up, which leads to useless turnovers. He has to trust his teammates.

Aminu should not be bringing the ball up. He keeps proving why this is a serious problem for him. He is a forward trapped in a guard's body. I'd really like to see him more inside, at the 3 or even the 4 because he is active. Still think he is more Perry McDonald than a David Wingate at this stage of his career. That’s a great point. He doesn’t have guard skills. If he was 3” taller he’d be a great forward.

Can Tim get on the ground for a lose ball He's been on the floor twice tonight. Last couple of loose balls he is just standing above it and reaching. I know it’s not our biggest problem but always a pet peeve for me.

The return of careless mistakes and this game is once again out of reach. Colin has a weak handle and should not be trying to dribble into the lane.

Feel for him. He’s trying to gut it out. He’s missed time. Does that mean he’s still hurt? His play in the second half doesn’t look hurt to me. He’s moving and penetrating.

This game has been horrible officiated. Some of the best officials in the Big East/nation officiating this game. And they did a horrible job too many anticipatory calls, both ways.

It's gonna get better guys. Just have confidence in the boys. We may not get out the basement but we will be competitive once we get all our guys back healthy. It's unfortunate that we have had to deal with injuries and illnesses to our key players and our coach but it is what it is. Just be patient if you're a real true Hoyas fan.

But can Ewing coach them up? Nothing sadder than unactualized potential. Nearly every player has improved quite a bit and has transitioned their game. Most players who have been through Georgetown have improved quite a bit from the beginning of the season to the end of a season and year over year. What evidence is there of the "quite a bit". You realize no matter the coach guys usually get better with more experience. I don't see any outliers really for us.

And there goes the confidence. Sigh. Aminu just not figuring things out. Aminu is so frustrating he has shown he has the skills and capabilities to do what is needed, but keeps going back to what doesn't work. He is likely having to break through years of horrible coaching and not being on a solid team where he could play as a team player. If he puts together what works he will be incredibly good, but he often hurts more than helps when he leans into what doesn't work. It isn't coaching as Patrick has been on him to stop the forced plays and flailing rather than focussing on getting shots to go, as well as better passes.

The last few minutes we’ve basically been letting them build their postseason highlight video. Dunks and slams off turnovers and poor shots.
