Wauwatosa (Wis.) West 2025 center Kai Rogers went for 21 points, eight rebounds, and eight blocks for Wisconsin Playground Club in their 64-50 win over B Maze Elite during Thursday's Under Armour Finals. Rogers owns early scholarship offers from Wisconsin, Texas, Georgetown, Illinois, Ole Miss, and Iowa. The Badgers offered the future top 50 prospect at camp last month: "Obviously, being from Wisconsin, I have high interest in going there," Rogers told Badger247. "It's the hometown school for me. Coach Gard is a good coach and that helps. 247sports.com/college/wisconsin/Article/Highlights-Kai-Rogers-Dominates-at-Under-Armour-Finals-190361481/"Wisconsin is one of a handful of schools that have prioritized Rogers early in the recruiting process. The Badgers offered after a strong camp performance this past summer. He has since taken no less than two more unofficial visits. "I would say I was a little shocked because it was one of my earlier offers from my home-town school, so I was really happy about that," Rogers said. "The visits to Wisconsin were great but right now I'm just open to everything. I like taking visits to see how everyone interacts with each other and the style of play for each school. I've been to Wisconsin more than other schools because it's a closer trip for me. "They play through their bigs a lot and that's appealing to me. We do that at my school and I like being involved like that. It would also be nice to play close to home if I wanted to." Florida State, Georgetown, Illinois, Iowa, Milwaukee, Minnesota, Mississippi, St. John's and Texas have also offered Rogers, who plays for the Wisconsin Playground Club on the AAU circuit. "Georgetown and Wisconsin are probably the two schools I'm hearing the most from right now," Rogers said. "Michigan State and Minnesota also seem pretty interested. With Georgetown, I really like the Big East and their style of play. Being coached by an all-time legend in Patrick Ewing is also a thing that stands out to me about Georgetown. He's one of the best bigs to ever play, so if I ended up there I would be able learn a lot from him." wisconsin.rivals.com/news/offseason-work-paying-off-for-2025-in-state-center-kai-rogers

"As we continue to introduce more and more prospects from the 2025 class, next up is sophomore guard Carlsheon Young. The Oklahoma native holds five offers early on and has tons of interest coming his way... It’s early on in the recruiting process for Young, but sources close to him tell Rivals that Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Portland have been showing the most consistent effort thus far. Kentucky, Texas Tech, Georgetown and Kansas State are also showing interest in the 2025 guard." basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/sophomore-carlsheon-young-has-five-offers-with-more-to-come

"Sophomore point guard Kaden Magwood found himself inside the top 80 of the updated Rivals rankings for the 2025 class. His first year at Oak Hill Academy started off slow, but he’s found his footing late in the season and showed out in front of Rivals.com’s Rob Cassidy a couple of weeks ago at the Hoophall Classic... Sources close to Magwood tell Rivals that he’s heard from programs such as Texas, LSU, Louisville, Kentucky, NC State, Georgetown, Toledo and Rhode Island... Magwood’s recruitment has only just begun and he will add a lot of offers in the coming months. Louisville and Kentucky stick out based on him being from the state, but he’s open to any and all schools. Sources close to Magwood tell Rivals that Louisville, Texas, Kansas State and Rhode Island are looking to get the 2025 point guard in for a visit." basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/kaden-magwood-finding-his-footing

"Graf: Nyk Lewis isn’t a name that too many people are overly familiar with at this time, but that will change soon. He played 16U last grassroots season and would’ve put up bigger numbers playing on the 15U level, but the talent is undeniable. I got an extended look at Lewis at the MADE Hoops Jordan Holiday Classic last month and his size, strength, and ability to drive the ball immediately stood out. He’s got the measurables and strength to be a good two-way guard and gets paint touches very regularly. His jump shot wasn’t falling consistently that week, but his mechanics were also promising." basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/rivals-roundtable-looking-ahead-to-the-2023-and-2025-rankings-updates“I’m very bullish on 2025 point guard Nyk Lewis. His strength, handle, scoring ability and ability to get paint touches make him hard to guard on the offensive end of the court. Defensively, he has the measurements and intangibles to turn into a very nice two-way prospect. Lewis moves very well, with fluidity on both ends, and he isn’t afraid of the moment in big games. I think his offer list will blow up this offseason on the EYBL Circuit.” - Graf basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/rivals-rankings-week-roundtable-on-updates-to-2023-2025-classes

However, that did not stop him from putting his handprints all over the game. Lewis is a 6-foot-0 class of 2025 point guard. He has a stocky, compact frame with a lot of burst. It is the competitive nature that Lewis brings to every play that really stands out. Lewis is a high-level rebounder for his position, and his point-of-attack defense is aggressive. Things got going for Lewis in the second half when it comes to scoring, but he was so involved in the other aspects Gonzaga Collegiate ended up running away with it. Lewis’s recruitment is just beginning LSU, Virginia Tech, Maryland, and Kansas State are among the schools already involved. He finished with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists in the win." www.on3.com/news/darren-harris-nyk-lewis-shine-in-wcac-playoffs/

"Nyk Lewis finished his sophomore season at Washington (DC) Gonzaga Collegiate as a first-team All-WCAC performer. Lewis is the No. 35 player in the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting companies. “I’m a pass-first point guard who can get my shot up when it is there,” Lewis told On3. “I like to get my teammates involved. I watch a lot of Collin Sexton, with his hunger. When Collin Sexton plays, he thinks he’s better than everybody; I love his hunger.” Virginia Tech: “They play with a lot of heart. They’re an offensive-minded team and surround their point guard with a lot of shooters. When I went on my unofficial there, I saw that it’s an entire community. It’s bigger than basketball there, and a lot of tradition there rooted in basketball.” Maryland: “I went there for a basketball game, and I was able to see, from the fan’s perspective, they really care a lot about their tradition, the family, and just the Maryland program in general. They like my heart and how hard I play and can score it.” www.on3.com/news/nyk-lewis-recruitment-is-rapidly-picking-up-virginia-tech-maryland/

"Nate Ament is a 6-foot-7 wing from Woodbridge (VA.) who plays for DC Premier and Colgan High School. COLLEGE ATTENTION Though he's only beginning his sophomore year, Ament already has offers from George Mason, NJIT, and Bryant. He's also been attracting interest from Maryland, Georgetown, Delaware, Iowa, Marquette, UVA, and Rhode Island. He has also taken unofficial visits to Maryland, and UVA. WHY HE HAS OUR ATTENTION Ament made it onto our radar through his play at this years Pangos All East Frosh/Soph camp. Ament has good length, versatility, shooting and finishing that stood out throughout the camp. Ament has high upside and someone to monitor in the sophomore class." 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/Article/Basketball-recruiting-Nate-Ament-Bryant-Maryland-UVA-Iowa--197086342/"Four-star SF Nate Ament Nate Ament has a long and fluid frame; there is real upside in his game and skill set. At 6-foot-8, he has wing skills, bringing the ball up the floor under pressure and knocking down threes in the half-court. Ament is a sophomore at Manassas (VA) Colgan High. He is very thin and will need to add weight, but the fluidity is interesting. He has the legit size. In one three-play sequence, Ament grabbed a traffic rebound, waved everyone up the floor, and initiated the offense. In that same play, he caught the ball as it worked back around to him and knocked down a three. Next possession, he pinned a blocked shot on the backboard and then ran the floor and finished above the rim. He is currently No. 46 in the 2025 On3 75." www.on3.com/news/rob-dockery-nate-ament-headline-top-performers-at-cbg-grassroots-tip-off/

"St. Frances Academy defeated Archbishop Wood due to strong play from Pittsburgh signee Carlton Carrington, Maryland signed Johnathan Lamothe and 2025 point guard Tyler Jackson. Carrington was the leading scorer of the event with 36 points on 11-of-17 shooting. Lamothe added 16 and knocked down four threes. Jackson totaled 24 points while shooting 9-of-16 from the field. Jackson tells Rivals that he hears the most from Seton Hall, DePaul, Rutgers and Marquette. He added that North Carolina has started to show more interest. Gage Howard, a 2026 big man, is another player to watch over time." basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/jordan-holiday-classic-graf-s-takeaways-from-day-two"Tyler Jackson attends Queen's previous high school St. Frances Academy where he had a stellar sophomore season. At 6-foot-3 and 165 pounds, Jackson has established himself as a highly ranked point guard across the industry. After impressing our Director of Scouting Adam Finkelstein in a couple of high-profiled events, Jackson should be a shoe in for when rankings are updated next month. Finkelstein describes Jackson as a creative guard who plays with an aggressive scoring mentality, excels with like talent on his side, and is potent as a paint toucher who can penetrate with either hand. I am excited to see his handle on the ball, his effort defensively, and the overall creativity he brings to the game." 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/LongFormArticle/UAA-Queen-Vyctorius-Grace-Jackson-Certa-Abaev-Bryson-Tiller-208652541/#208652541_1

"One of those recruits already has major interest in the Mountaineers and that's 2025 guard/wing Cam Ward of Upper Marlboro, Maryland... One of the biggest reasons Huggins hired DerMarr Johnson was to have better success recruiting the DMV area and that's exactly who is in charge of Ward's recruitment. "Coach Johnson is definitely a top recruiter. The relationship has been cool. He shows a lot of interest and has been talking with me for about a month now." Bryant, Canisius, Georgetown, George Mason, George Washington, Illinois, and Virginia Tech have also got in early on offering Ward but four schools are sticking out at the moment, including two that have yet to offer - George Mason, Penn State, Arkansas, and West Virginia." www.yardbarker.com/college_basketball/articles/2025_guard_cam_ward_talks_wvu_offer_wow_this_is_big/s1_16571_38710683"Believed to be the best player in Maryland public school ball and one of the Free State's top players period, Ward has been offered by the likes of Georgetown, George Mason, GW, Illinois, George Mason, VA Tech and others, while Arkansas and many more have shown love. What they see is a long, slashing player that impacts the game in multiple facets; he finishes, drives, defends, rebounds, gets out on the break, hits mid-rangers out to three and leads." uga.rivals.com/news/team-durant-16u-positioned-to-make-noise
