Wow. That was quick. #2 in the nation in 3PFG attempts. There's your shooter right there. Welcome Kaiden!

Fwiw over his last 5 games he went 4-41 from 3. Before that cold streak he was 39% from 3. He averaged over 10 attempts a game. He shot 34 3's in the first 2 games of the season alone. 72% of his shots from the field came from behind the arc. Definitely a kid you have to guard on the perimeter. He also played with Wilson at Ridgeview for 2 years.

Not as an insult but I never heard of him but shooting is good. What position is he because espn says he’s 6’ 7”.

As you can see that shot is quick, compact, and he isn't shy.

His steal and rebounding numbers aren’t overly impressive so we’ll see. It will be interesting what the final roster looks like, assume there will be a few changes before it is final.

From the video, he doesn’t look too athletic, but he looks like he know how to get his shot up quick and has no hesitation releasing it from anywhere. Lots of spot ups and catch & release off curls. Would think he could get a bunch of those with our team, and probably give Aminu, Dante, and others more clean driving lanes cuz his man will have to stay home with him.
Anyone have any idea how his defense is? Or the rest of his games besides his shooting?

This is all pretty incredible Tre King and Kaiden Rice. How is all if this possible? Coach got a taste of winning, going to the dance and is dead set on making it happen. This is a totally different team. Talking about gumbo...brand new recipe, lots of premium ingredients, lots of spice and file powder. Go Hoyas. Someone in the know please explain how this is happening!

I commented earlier today that we needed shooters and it seems like the staff has found one I hope he can get his shots off against Big East opposition.
