Only if you set your sarcasm meter to zero.

Then I looked at the 46 thread. His sarcasm meter was set to zero, What a jabroni. I want his detailed description of how he would have gotten us out of Afghanistan with fewer than 20 American casualties. A Biden major achievement that the jabronis are presenting as a fiasco.

Jabroni, there's a term I haven't seen in a long time. Much appreciated.

The National Archives has asked DOJ to investigate the orange psychopath's mishandling of official WH documents. I hope Garland finally does something. Biden is no better, right? ("But her emails" . . . sanctimonious hypocrisy, anyone?) The National Archives and Records Administration has asked the Justice Department to examine Donald Trump’s handling of White House records, sparking discussions among federal law enforcement officials about whether they should investigate the former president for a possible crime, according to two people familiar with the matter. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2022/02/09/trump-archives-justice-department/

Shredded documents. Placed others in "burn bags". Deleted call logs from Jan 6th. Flushed sensitive documents down the toilet. Literally ate sensitive documents he didn't want others to see. Aids used whatsapp, and Signal to avoid record retention. Stole classiffied and top secret documents from the White House and moved them to an unsecure location at Mar A Lago.

Just the man who has no bottom to his obscene behavior doing his thing. Like I said earlier, he's never seen the law he wouldn't break if he thought it was in his personal interest to do so. But hey, he's no worse than Biden.

Can we get someone who thought Clinton’s email was a huge scandal to weigh in on this with a laughably bad faith, intellectually dishonest response?

They have, by and large, self-cancelled themselves from further discussion. They do, however, seem to have thoughts on high-end bread. Odd how the focus has shifted.

Just like Al Capone, it’s going to be tax fraud that takes him down.

Exactly five years ago, on Feb. 14, 2017, Donald Trump pulled FBI Director James Comey into the Oval Office and suggested he abandon the bureau’s ongoing investigation into Trump’s former national security adviser, Michael Flynn. That small request was, in its own way, momentous: It was an early link in the chain of events that led to Comey’s firing and the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Trump’s hint to Comey that day appears in the Mueller report as the first instance of potential obstruction of justice committed by the president. And as of today, Feb. 14, 2022, the Justice Department will no longer have the option of prosecuting that case. The statute of limitations for the various federal obstruction of justice statutes is five years. Starting today, assuming no indictment materializes between now and then, it will preclude the department from bringing a case against Trump for asking Comey to back off of the Flynn matter. As the clock keeps ticking down through the summer of 2022 and the winter of 2023 and eventually runs down entirely in May 2025, the possibilities for prosecuting Trump on obstruction charges for other incidents detailed in the Mueller report will dwindle further. www.lawfareblog.com/where-justice-department-trump-obstruction-offenses
