HAHA. He who shall not be named, but I know exactly who you're referring to. I'm sure it'll devolve into a rant about how useless Ewing is and why would any kid every come play for him --- THE USUAL!

Big fan of McDaniel. Seems like Michigan will be hard to beat given his relationship with Howard and them being a top 5 team currently. Wouldn't be surprised if they're telling him Collins is a 2 and done, so the overlap wouldn't be bad.
However it works out with McDaniel, Georgetown is pretty well positioned for the next pg signing. Can't count on Mohammed being around for multiple years, but Riley, Mutombo, and Sibley are attractive pieces for a pg. Guard recruits universally mention they like the fast pace and playmaking freedom that Ewing gives guards. Dante Harris looks like he could be in the rotation for an above average Big East team, but he isn't going to scare off top 100 recruits. With the way Miami's season is going on and off the court, wouldn't be a surprise to see Chris Lykes available for a homecoming grad transfer a la Terrell Allen, or Prentiss Hubb the following season.

Would be great if we got Dug and there are positives to us. If we were to get a top grad transfer at PG for next season to bridge like Lykes, then the ceiling gets much higher for 21/22.

Great highlights of this young man. He looks to have a elite quickness and a fantastic handle. His defense and fiery demeanor reminds me of Posh Alexander from St Joh's ( a really good thing!!). Looks to be comfortable shooting the three and has nice looking step back. The only thing that is a mild concern with any smallish point guard is that they sometimes struggle to adjust to the height and length of D1 basketball when making passes and finishing near the rim, although I would think this young man would adjust faster than most because he has been competing against D1 quality athletes in his high school conference for a few years so playing against bigger guys is not new to him. He would bring a level of excitement to the program that really help them win and recruit locally.

How big is he? Obviously he can play... but he seems short.

How big is he? Obviously he can play... but he seems short. 5’10. Hes short. I hate it when people say this but he’s one of those guys where if he was two inches taller he’d be a five star. I think he’d be the perfect fit for our system though.

Height ain't got nothing to do with it. If you're good, you're good and thats that should matter.

But lead guards that size need to be surrounded by bigger and more talented players. Hoping staff can get a few more talented kids.

He would be a huge get and he's the type of point who other kids would love to play with.

That also lacks pro measurables so that means you can get old with him on your roster. I saw the kid give dickinson the business in the paint, that is all I need know. He will be fine with his size. Gotta get him!

Gotta get him! I brought up his height but I think this young man can, and will, be fine competing with the length and height in a major D1 program. It takes some players his size a little while to adjust, but he has been playing against that type of athlete for his entire high school career. He would bring a lot of excitement to the program, along with an ability to break guys down off the dribble and find teammates easy shots. His defense is something to get really excited about. He would be a major win for the Hoyas

I’m a fan. He plays against high level competition, has a great motor, and, IMO, would be an excellent candidate to open up the dmv pipeline.

Would be more interested if we already didn't have a relatively short guard who will be getting dominant minutes for the foreseeable future.
