Nice stroke from three on Saturday. Yes, great to see him hit that first outside shot. But wasn't it a two? Yeah it was a long two.

I haven't yet seen the potential that others are seeing. What am I missing?

Young man needs playing time to get dialed-in.

I haven't yet seen the potential that others are seeing. What am I missing? His size and potential in his basic skill set. It's not anything that he has done in a GTown uniform yet. We are all excited about his potential. Just like with Jordan. I would like to see something on the court before March to keep my excitement up...

Looks the part, has a nice stroke, plays a position of need - it's kind of hard to understand why he hasn't had more playing time, it's not like he's got world beaters in front of him. I do think he needs to get in better shape, but I'd take my chances giving Jalen more playing time and potentially taking a few minutes each from Ighoefe/Mutombo/Wilson/Holloway. Jalin appears to have more upside than most of those other guys, with the potential exception of Mutombo.

Yeah Boya I agree with Jalin getting more PT than Iggy and Wilson but Holloway brings too much O at this time to cut into his minutes even if his upside is lower. Mutombo and Jalin should be force fed minutes this year in preparation for next year. Aminu is most likely gone and Jordan won't get the experience needed for next year so we will be depending on Mutombo/Tyler/Jalin to carry us. Hopefully Tyler can move Dante to the 2 and stabilize the O.

I want him to keep seeing time, because he looks like he could be a really good college player when all is said and done. By the way, I really like Billingsley, too, and he's shown some very nice flashes.

I like what Billingsley brings to the table with his length and mobility and ability to rebound the ball from the power forward spot. I think the college game is a little faster than he was used to in high school, (like all freshman) but when the game slows down for him and things start to click he will be a valuable part of the team.
