I love Brilly more than most but you can't have one in every class. Maybe one every 3 classes. You can't control that many abrasive personalities on one team... also could you imagine 3 or 4 Brillys in practice. We would have 3 to 4 players out each game...lol I wish that we had fifteen Trawicks in practice! Now THAT would be practice! "But we talkin’ bout practice, man. What are we talkin’ about? Practice? We talkin’ about practice, man. We talk — we talkin’ bout practice. We talkin’ bout practice! We ain’t talkin’ bout the game, we talkin’ bout practice, man." - AI Fifteen Brilly's in practice? Nah, that'd be football.

Trawick worked hard to improve his shot and it paid dividends.

If that comp isn't a reason to start getting amped, I'm not sure what is. Loved Trawick's want-to and competitiveness. I'm hoping that that attitude is something the rest of the team adopts. We have some guys that are really competitive. But, as far as I can tell, not on the level of a Trawick-type. Will never understand the why hoya fans love Trawick so much This is baffling to me. There's more to a player than just stats.

There is good reason to be excited about Riley. But there is no way he is a more "explosive athlete" than Allen Iverson. There might not be a dozen guys in the history of basketball that are/were more explosive athletes than Iverson.

I don’t think the author was old enough to be alive to see AI play as a Hoya. In any case, I can’t wait to see Riley in blue & gray, and he is quite explosive.

There are promising reports on Jordan Riley but merely being explosive is not always successful. Jerry Nichols averaged 34.1 points a game in high school and averaged 2.1 in college. Otto Porter was steady and has earned $100 million since college.

If it's just purely based on superior athleticism then thats not necessarily something that will translate against bigger and better competition. But Riley appears to score a good chunk of his points in the mid range, which is a generally a good sign.

But Georgetown has had one of the most explosive players EVER in college. Pound for pound, perhaps the most explosive athletes. I hope he is a great player. But this sort of hyperbole only serves to create 4 pages of arguing on fan boards.

Comments like that is like throwing blood in the water teeming with hungry sharks. I am just proud of the group of athletic as well as intelligent players Ewing has assembled.
