His highlights from his senior season, when it appears he transferred to a different high school, are much more impressive. It looks like his jump shot and athleticism both improved quite a bit. Not sure if he is a scholarship player or a preferred walk on, but either way, welcome to Georgetown.

I just understand why Ewing keeps on taking these diamond in the rough recruits. It will catch up to u sooner or later. Ultimately cost you your job. Hell take a grad transfer for a year a regroup next year....
That's alot of freshman in next yrs class to play in a competitive conference

I'm all for picking up under the radar recruits, but having seven freshman (including Wilson) seems like a recipe for future playing time based transfers...
Edit: Or maybe one of these guys will wind up redshirting

Interestingly, he shoots free throws and 3 pointers righty but 80% of his moves to the rim and finishes at the rim were lefty.

Let's not disrespect the new member of our team by questioning walk-on vs. scholarship. That is just ridiculous.

Edit: Or maybe one of these guys will wind up redshirting Have to think at least one or two of them will redshirt. It's hard for me to see a scenario where Dante Harris, Beard and Berger are all going to play unless something crazy happens to Jalen Harris or Blair. It's hard for me to see a scenario where Sibley, Clark and Holloway are all going to play regularly unless something happens to Bile or Pickett. And hard for me to see a scenario where Q, Iggy and Wilson all play regularly, although redshirting may not be an option there. I think the only question is whether the staff can determine who should play and who should sit based off practice alone (and thus make redshirt decisions), or if they're going to try to get everyone some playing time in the non-conference and then shrink the rotation later in the year without regard for eligibility. The latter is possible, but the way they handled Wilson last year makes me think that they may try to go the redshirt route for one or two of the freshmen.

Also Wichita State and New Orleans. Video is from 2018. Had back to back 30 point games in States this year. Wichita State had filled his scholarship offer two months ago. They were not apart of this battle. And they were really, really desperate to fill scholarships. This one is puzzling. I'm watching some highlights and he looks smooth, but the competition is suspect. He's the tallest kid on the floor all in every game I've seen. Going to be a challenge to go from this to Big East play. Prime redshirt candidate. Take a year off to practice against guys of similar size, develop and come in ready to ball.

He definitely progressed year to year.
He shows some interest in playing defense.
He has good vision and is a ball mover.
Looks like he was their ball handler at times.
Shot from outside this year looks reasonable in the later videos.
This is a good wing pick-up for our last scholarship.

The last signing preceded transfer news.

Edit: Or maybe one of these guys will wind up redshirtingAt least one has to. Playing 13 guys in college basketball is a recipe for disaster. Playing 11 and 12 doesn't typically work either. There has to be at least two guys red shirting or something may be really off chemistry wise.

We’ve really got to stop trying to police every comment or question on this board. It is a valid question but there are quite a few disrespectful statements about the talent level of Mr. Holloway. You never know this kid may end up being the crown jewel of our class.... Welcome to the Hilltop Collin....

Sibley better be good or Ewing is done. One of the more puzzling comments in the history of this board. And what a way to welcome a new recruit.

We’ve really got to stop trying to police every comment or question on this board. How about we show a little class? Or do you go to dinner parties and talk about how ugly the hostess is? This is one of the biggest days in this young man's life. You can bet his friends and family wants to know what we think. How about we not act like asses? I think this kid could be a contributor to our team.

Almost have to reshirt at least one of the freshmen. I feel like every time someone suggests this it invokes some horrible curse and we end up not having enough bodies.

Let's see who is ready to play come November. I suspect that the starting line-up looks like Qudus/Pickett/Bile/Blair/JHarris, but maybe one of the new kids has something to say about it. Beard/DHarris/KClark/Berger/Holloway might show up ready to play. Those who are less prepared will sit.
