There is absolutely no justification for the winter sports getting a year. None. Will the NCAA and member schools refund all of the ticket money for the non-season that just concluded? Will the NCAA give back the TV money? This is a joke.

I don't disagree that it would be hard to justify giving all the winter sport senior athletes another year of eligibility, but trying to apply logic and reason to the decisions that the NCAA makes, is never an easy thing. My guess is the spring athletes will get another year if they want it, but the winter athletes most likely will not, but who figured that nothing would happen to North Carolina after student athletes came out and said they were encouraged to take make bellevue classes by the coaching staff?

Of course I don’t. Except for my consumer dollars How would you be affected by winter sport athletes getting another year of eligibility? We would not be but it could be an amazing chance for Jagan to get a Master's degree and have one more chance at the tourney.

I am all for people who Have actually lost due to this outbreak, like Spring Athletes, getting another year. None of our kids lost anything. Their season was played to its completion. Enough already.

If they allow seniors to come back, it will just be a rewind of our disastrous season. It’s best if we can move on and hopefully add some experienced pieces.

From a macro college basketball sense, I think it's a bad idea to grant another year of eligibility, even though I would also like to have Mosely and Allen back. As others have said, MOST teams finished their season already, and some of the guys who would have made big differences likely won't come back anyway if they have NBA aspirations. If this happened in December, sure, but it happened in March after the regular season was complete. I do understand it really stinks for seniors who would have been making their only NCAA appearance, though.
