Two common opponents.
AU defeated UMBC 85-61 and Mt. St. Mary's 82-76.
GU defeated UMBC 81-55 and Mt. St. Mary's 81-68.
Apply transitive property of college basketball . . . we win!

Always gotta defeat the local teams. The year under JT3 when we were ranked the 4th best DMV team was painful.

American is ranked 224 in the Net rankings and 211 in Kenpom. They are 4 -6 with losses to Sienna, William & Mary, St. Francis, Albany, George Mason and Stony Brook.

Pretty similar team to Samford the only thing they do well is shoot the 3: 38.9% 22nd nationally.
Their go to guy is also their PG and he has a high assist rate: 173rd, but nowhere near as good as sharkey's 2nd national assist rate and he's 6'2" and not super efficient 99.5 Ortg.
They have 3 people who shoot it from 3 well that we'll need to locate.
They have a 6'10" sr center who is 174th in OR% but not very efficient offensively and is not a shot blocker.Not a lot of size behind him 6'8 and 6'7 are all they have in the rotation besides a 6'10 bench warmer

I assume AU runs the Princeton offense because Mike Brennan former Hoya assistant to JTIII and Princeton grad is its head coach.

Should be able to on either the FoxSportsGo App or FoxSports App. Pretty sure you can stream on laptops, but you’ll need to have a provider that carries FS1.

Yes I streamed the Samford game replay on my laptop and while it forces you to watch ads, it worked pretty well. I actually had a problem with the app where the Fox Sports Go app told me to go to the Fox Sports app but then the game replay was not available. At least for the replay, you do need a cable provider login, though. |
