Nice 2-3 minute stretch here.

I can see Harris becoming a fan favorite, just like Mosley.

He's got a second gear when it comes to speed. Love the way he finishes tough in traffic.

I see some Markel Starks in his game. Quick off the bounce, tough finishes in the lane and sweet pull ups off the dribble...

Looks like a player. In the clips lie reminds of me of Akinjo with a jumper and better leaping ability. I w be ecstatic if that was the case. Curtis Staples was a helluva shooter and player and he says Dante is the real deal.

He was really impressive in these games, best player on the floor even, displayed some serious dual threat capabilities against what looked like a level up in comp. He was face guarded the entire game so clearly the opposing coach felt the same way. Seems to have all the boxes checked as a point man: Handle Stroke Pace control Diming Willingness to play 'D' 'Me lo gusta mucho'

There's a few things in these video clips that are very impressive and hopefully translate well:
- Ability to shoot off the dribble. Being a threat at all times means people can't go under screens.
- Finishing at the hoop w his left hand. I saw at least one. For me the thing that is toughest to translate for guards from HS to college is finishing around the rim. It's just so different w a 6'10'' guy waiting for you. Being able to finish with both hands at least gives you a shot.

From the first clips I saw of him, he has looked like a player to me. I think he contributes next year. How much...we shall see.

Averaged 32 points and 9 assists per game according to article posted on Twitter. Same article also says Harris is from DC and is excited to play in front of family at Gtown. Not sure how I missed that he is from DC?

Didn't want to derail the Walton thread too much... What's the difference between this and Gtown recruiting Frankie Collins? Gtown brought in D. Harris as a lead guard, then went out & got two more in Beard & J. Harris, programs have to always recruit players... J. Harris wouldn’t overlap with Collins. D. Harris is a true PG, Beard is not. Beard is more of a Jason Clark type, can handle the ball if required. From the tape, I've seen of the 2 Beard looks more like the distributor type, much of what I've seen from Harris he's scoring the ball... What are you basing the true pg description on?

I didn’t anticipate it derailing Walton’s thread.
