Hope he isn’t timing his announcement based on when barbershops are allowed to open.

He's a LSU or Memphis lean.

3. RECLASSIFICATION FOR THE BIGS
We have already seen Moussa Cisse move into the 2020 class and more reclass decisions could be on the way soon.
First, with Cisse, it looks like he is finally inching closer to a college decision. LSU was the leader a month ago but, with so much time passing between when he was expected to commit and now, it's possible that some of his other finalists have made up serious ground. I have been told that Cisse could make a commitment as early as this weekend.

Not holding my breath, but who knows. If we miss out, I do not think it will be for lack of effort.

If he decides to come to Georgetown, it will be Patrick Ewing all over again. He and coach Ewing could help bring the program back to prominence just like Ewing and Coach Thompson did when Patrick Ewing landed on the hilltop almost 40 years ago. Coach Ewing will make history all over again with a young man just like himself.

Coach Ewing will make history all over again with a young man just like himself. Could be. But, if the highlight clips are any indication, at the same stage, Patrick was a far better player. He was also more athletic. It's not close. I don't mean that as a slight on Cisse. Patrick was a damn unicorn. I only mean to say that Patrick could teach that kid a lot. Especially considering that Patrick's knees betrayed him and he had to develop a lot of skills that he didn't need prior to that having happened. And Pat remained an elite player for a good while. A guy like Cissa that is mobile and agile and excels, apparently, on those assets could learn A TON from Patrick.

Yes, he would learn from a HOF center and become NBA-ready in one season with PE's careful development. I think that's weighing heavily on that young man's mind. $$$$$ can be made without bribes so the playing field has been somewhat leveled. Where else can he get a HOF center to show him all his moves and share his inside knowledge of the big man's game? It almost defies logic to think that a true one and done player like Cisse wouldn't want the hands on daily training PE could offer him. But--you never know.

When five-star center Moussa Cisse reclassified from the class of 2021 to 2020 in late May, we immediately put the 6-foot-10 big man from Memphis (Tenn.) Lausanne on commitment watch. He also announced plans to decide in early June before backing off of that sped up timeline. I, and pretty much the rest of the recruiting world, named LSU the heavy favorite to land the native of Guinea who spent his first few years of high school in New York City. Over the past few days, though, several sources have indicated that Penny Hardaway and Memphis may have flipped things and are now the team to beat for the athletic shot blocker. I'm not saying that it is a done deal or that Will Wade and LSU can't still get him, but I've heard enough that I feel comfortable flipping my Futurecast for Cisse from LSU to Memphis and Rivals analyst Corey Evans has done the same. Both of us continue to hear that a decision could be coming any day, but if the last month has shown us anything, nothing is for sure with Cisse. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/starting-five-momentum-change-for-cisse-sec-s-big-year

Jerry Meyer always waits till the last second and now has Cisse going to Memphis and has the confidence at 9 out of 10. I think that's what going to happen. Penny is going to be out of coaching soon. Its obvious he is cheating. I know thats unfounded speculation but look how many recruits he has turned recently.
