You're right about UNC being a "cut above" the other 3...they stand alone as the only school to have committed flagrant academic fraud with about 200 "student"athletes who took bogus courses and got away with it as a "blue blood."...I wish RJ the best with his decision, because in the end, it is his decision...but I'm still disappointed because I thought he was a perfect fit...next man up

You can look at it as elitist if you want to but we all know UNC is at least a cut above Pitt, Marquette & Gtown. He's being honest in saying he wants to play on the biggest stage, I don't see why UNC can't bring both the stage and the opportunity for him... Davis 1st stated that Coach Willimas "believes in him" before he said that he could play there. There are 4 parts to the interview I posted earlier... I have no idea what he's aiming for career-wise but both Paige & Berry had very good college careers both in the stats column & the wins column... Not sure how you can make a case against kids that led UNC to final fours & a championship, that would be a big leap in my view... Do you disagree with my points regarding possibly being recruited over, or the fact that he would have a bigger role at the other three options? Paige & Berry were allotted the opportunity to develop and shine at UNC primarily because of the academic scandal which limited UNC's recruiting reach and took them out of play for O & D prospects. Davis won't be given that type of cover. I'm not saying he can't be a big time college player, I'm saying he won't be given the opportunity to play through mistakes & develop on the court like he would have at the other options. For those reasons, I'm curious about the long-term fit and what his role will ultimately be? Good luck to Davis, except against BIG EAST teams. Willims & UNC are gonna try to get the best players they can just as most programs try to do, isn't that what folks on this board talk about all the time? There's no question his road would have been easier at the other schools but he obviously wanted the hardest test as stated in this article, it appears he knows exactly what he's facing so I say best of luck to the kid... www.lohud.com/story/sports/high-school/varsity-insider/2019/10/21/stepinac-rj-davis-commits-basketball-north-carolina/4023288002/"He’s even more driven now going to place (in North Carolina) where nothing is guaranteed and nothing is promised," Massaroni said. "At those other places, there could’ve been easier opportunities. But I think Roy Williams said it best to him: 'I’m not recruiting you to waive a towel. Now go out and earn it.' That’s what it comes down to."

I'm not going to bash a kid that I wanted as a Hoya since I saw him play as a HS sophomore. I wish he made a "better" decision, but I still like his game and his competitiveness. I am more disappointed that we aren't a standout in the pool of teams, because we haven't been to the NCAAs in a long time. I'm just grateful that we have the guys that we have, a coach that knows talent and works his @ss off, and a university that we can be proud of. Winning will come and, when it does, we will reap the benefits. Go Hoyas!

10 undecideds!! Surely one or two can see how much playing time is available at GU next year and come. Only Mac will have one of the starting guard slots. Everything else is available. Start from Day 1, in the BE, playing for a legend, trying to return the program to glory, with some experienced role players to help and exposure guaranteed. It's an ideal situation to sell to a one- or two-&-done.

Wow we could've gotten a stud. Getting sick of these near misses esp since we were on him earlier than most. And we will never know if the idea of him competing with Akinjo for minutes had an effect on his decision.

Is Jeremy Roach "undecided"? How accurate is that list?

Is Jeremy Roach "undecided"? How accurate is that list? That list is not accurate. Jalen Suggs I know is committed to Gonzaga...not sure what other players are not updated correctly.

I think the story on ESPN said there are four undecideds.
