Whatever you want to call her she would be a better President than the current office holder...

Funny no mention of the 2017 performance...
Maybe he should crack a beer on Instagram and pretend to be part of the Middle Class like Fauxcahontas...

Those 11 months and 11 days in 2017 clearly don’t count. You think he should get ALL the credit for the economy the day he got inaugurated even though he had passed no legislation? And he should be absolved of the fact the Dow had it's worst year since the the Financial Crisis because of the prior years performance? That's your right but most sensible people don't see it that way. If you're going to give him credit for one you have to give him credit for the other... It's a bad idea for any politician to attach himself to the stock market because it's not the economy, and if you take credit for the rise you get blamed for the fall... Nobody cared how the economy performed the years prior to the financial crisis of 2008. It's always about today. In the first fulll year of the Trump Presidency US stocks suffer worst year since 2008 financial crisis. Those are just facts.

Ok, cool. Play with less name calling and more facts... Happy New Year. I’ve called you no names. Ms Warren on the other hand has earned any derision which comes her way especially after that ridiculous beer scene. Good Lord could she look more contrived? Anyway, Happy 2019 my friend. Hoya Saxa!!!

Hoya Saxa!!! I never said you did. It's just weird to see an adult talk like that and think it's cool. You should listen to what she has to say rather than dismiss her simply because of her political affiliation. I'm not going to harp on the hypocrisy of a Trump supporter declaring someone else to be a phony but she has continuously fought for those less fortunate and I find that admirable. She's not my first choice, but she's smart and she has her heart in the right place. Nobody is perfect. Hopefully this election is more about ideas/policy rather than the sideshow and trolling like the last one. Is there something about her policies that you take issue with and would like to discuss/debate?

I agree wholeheartedly that this country desperately needs an election about issues and less about cults of personality. While hopeful, I am also skeptical, as I don’t remember the last time we had one.

If you could name two politicians that you’d think about voting for Prez in 2020 - one from each party - who would they be?

The only Democrat I could possibly vote for is Biden. His Chinese menu Catholicism bothers me, but at his core he is a centrist.
On the other side, I don’t see any way Trump is not the nominee but if you wanted another Republican, John Kasich has always impressed me with his seriousness of purpose and attention to detail.

I mean, look at the first post in this thread that you made. You're the reason we can't have nice things.

It's 2019, expect anything and everything. Sources say Trump has considered the possibility of another VP nominee. What would Fox Nation do if Pence ran? Or does DJT summarily declare " America is great again! I've accomplished everything! RETIRED!" and try to stay one step ahead of the gendarmes in the SDNY? But realistically, if the stink is so thick on Trump after the the Mueller Report that it hurts down-ticket, others will run. Who, I'm not sure. Kasich represents the Jack Kemp winglet of the party which Fox has pushed off the map. Maybe that "anonymous" person inside the WH wants to run... But someone will step up when the time calls. We should not be naive enough to think that DJT on 1/1/19 will be the same man on 12/31/19. The hard-left would have to swallow some pride if they backed Biden. If he promised one term (he would be a cranky 82 in 2024) and picked Harris or O'Rourke as a VP, it would be a strong ticket electorally. There will be 40 Dem. candidates and 36 or 37 will stand no chance of being elected nationally.

The response to this from the Tweeter-in-Chief should be interesting.
Make no mistake, as much as the press conference on Linnaean Street in Cambridge, MA the other day, this is another hat being tossed into the ring.
