“I can’t prove this allegation but it’s a gut feeling” really sums it all up OH MY! (as Rich would say). That is flat out crackpot stuff, which of course is why so many Fox viewers will buy it. America has so much to overcome, including disinformation from right wing media. And let's not forget the influence of Roger Stone -- you know, the guy whose sentence Trump commuted. Sadly, millions of Americans believe these kinds of totally baseless, nonsensical fantasies. Obama was not born in Hawaii? Russians had nothing to do with 2016 election? Dems are running a child sex abuse ring out of the basement of a pizza parlor in DC Q-Anon 2020 election was rigged and stolen? Oh, and let's not forget, the pandemic will all just go away, it will just go away.

An empty and vacuous party bereft of any ideas and principles. Ah, the good old days — when the hottest topic among Never Trumpers was whether the Republican Party, after President Trump was gone, would return to the traditional conservatism of limited government and free markets or whether it would adopt economic populism and isolationism — now seem like a naive fantasy. The dilemma for the Republican Party is far more stark — and frightening. The 2020 election aftermath reveals that on one side of the party stands a handful of conservatives and moderates who willingly recognize objective reality. They defend democracy and the sanctity of elections. They believe Republicans’ grievances are heartfelt and reasonable, amenable to rational solutions. They think of government as a defender of liberty, which is one side of a transactional relationship with its citizens. By its very nature, conservatism imagines that government does not subsume civil society nor define one’s identity. Their diagnosis of America’s ills might be off-base and even tone-deaf, neglecting the legacy of racism and clinging to the fallacy of supply-side economics, but these are well-meaning and generally sincere figures. However, the election reveals that a far greater number of Republican elected officials, the right-wing media, a good number of previously respectable think tanks and millions of Americans are no longer willing to operate within the confines of democracy, which demands recognition of easily ascertained facts. They seem to think of politics as either cynical entertainment or group therapy, in which the leaders and their media consorts orchestrate rage, resentment and paranoia. Politics is about identity, mostly negative (not socialist, not multiracial, not secular), and hence about their followers’ survival. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/11/16/republican-party-is-much-worse-off-than-we-thought/

There are food lines in Dallas as far as you can see.
Incarcerated Texans are being used to move bodies in morgues in El Paso.

Wow look who’s making religion political, what a surprise.
I thought we’re not supposed to be attacking people’s Christian beliefs ? I know the folks who were upset about non existent attacks on Comey Barrett’s faith will step up here and defend Warnock’s, right?

Hypocrisy and lies are the guiding principles of the Trump Republican Party. Our Hoya Trump cultists must be very very proud! And they must be thrilled that a 30-year old former UConn quarterback is Trump's hatchet man. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-white-house-purge/2020/11/13/2af12c94-25ca-11eb-8672-c281c7a2c96e_story.html

Your vote-suppressing racist Republican Party: The Wayne County Board of Canvassers, which oversees elections in Detroit, provoked outrage Tuesday night after its members deadlocked over whether to certify its county’s results for the presidential election. Eventually, Republicans on the board caved to certify the results, asking Michigan’s secretary of state to conduct an audit of the election. Before the reversal, the Trump campaign’s legal adviser celebrated the potential disenfranchisement of hundreds of thousands of African American voters. This follows the clownish display by President Trump’s lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani in a federal court in Pennsylvania. There, he railed against disproportionately Black cities, seeking to cast doubt on potentially millions of votes. The Associated Press reports, “Democrats in control in major cities in those states — Giuliani name-checked Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Milwaukee and Detroit — prevented Republican observers from watching election workers process mail-in ballots so the workers could falsify enough ballots to ensure Trump lost, Giuliani claimed, without evidence to back it up.” (In fact, there is replete evidence this did not happen.) www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/11/18/time-call-out-gops-new-jim-crow-tactics/

Republicans are out here confirming unqualified judges, crying about Thanksgiving, and trying to invalidate legal votes from Black Americans. Meanwhile...

Here come the Republicans, guns blazing, ready to tank the economy because they lost an election.
Mainly because they don't give a crap about regular people.
