Rep. Yoho is quite the yahoo. He's also the guy who refused to wear a mask because he believes in herd immunity. Good luck with that.

Send in the clowns . . .Don't bother they're here. The chaotic unraveling bears many of the hallmarks of the tumultuous Trump presidency: the public dismissal of scientific expertise, Trumpian allegations of political conspiracy and advisers run ragged to carry out a task that was next to impossible from the start. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/how-the-republican-national-convention-came-undone/2020/07/24/705c0afa-cdd8-11ea-bc6a-6841b28d9093_story.htmlGreat quote from cultist DeSantis: “We have succeeded and I think that people just don’t want to recognize it, because it challenges their narrative,” DeSantis declared about his state’s relative caseload compared with parts of the Northeast and Midwest. Proving that a Yalie and HLS grad is not immune from joining a cult.

These people are so stupid that they don’t even know what is in their own best interests. Driving the country into a deeper recession right before an election is not a good way to win.

They're acting like the people who are unemployed are choosing not to work. They would be working if you guys didn't totally bungle the response, genius.

Just another ethically-challenged Trumpian Republican clown. The Florida Republican concedes that he improperly sent $28,000 in taxpayer funds to a limited liability company connected to the speech-writing consultant, Darren Beattie, a former White House aide who was ousted after appearing at a convention known as a forum for racist and white supremacist views. Gaetz’s aides said it was a clerical error that they are now working to reverse. House rules explicitly prohibit spending taxpayer dollars on speech-writing consultants. www.politico.com/news/2020/07/22/gaetz-florida-house-ethics-rules-377098

For those asking how Louie Gohmert got elected, that's all on Tom DeLay.
Delay took the 1st district (which had been Democratic since reconstruction) and reapportioned it so as to run off a vocal critic, Rep. Max Sandlin, who lost after redistricting. A similar effort took Ralph Hall's reliably Democratic 4th district (the one held by Sam Rayburn at one time) and moved it Republican.
The 1st district flipped from 75% D to 75% R and Gohmert has never been reelected under 68% of the vote since.

Very subtle racism here by the President of the United States. I think Andrew Jackson would have thought twice before tweeting this crap.
