You would know my good man... Yes, I've seen enough of your own questionable comments to know you don't care about bigotry... I would know. He's an active Catholic. He not only does not care about bigotry, he supports it.

And everyone is still far too pc. And selectively so. I happen to think what Joy Reid said means next to nothing. But the thought police on the Left go blind, deaf and silent when one of their own spits hate. Kind of funny. Post 1 from Elvado in thread : "Joy Reid is a bigot" Post 5 from Elvado in thread : "Joy Reid is a bigot" Post 9 from Elvado in thread : "everyone is still far too pc. And selectively so. I happen to think what Joy Reid said means next to nothing" Are you capable of putting forth a sincere argument - or at least one that's internally consistent for 24 hours? You're a giant troll and you're worse for the health of this board than Glide. That guy was a spam machine, and called people racists at the drop of the hat, but at least he believed what he was writing and wasn't just throwing poo up on the wall just to try to Edited people off. Touchy touchy. My posts in this thread are totally consistent as well as being consistent with my long held belief that we as a country are turning into a pack of hypersensitive babies looking for slights wherever we can find them. Joy Reid made stupid, insensitive bigoted comments. I don’t care because her opinion means nothing to me. However, I find it wildly amusing that the Leftist media outlets who would be screaming for somebody’s head on the right for similar stupid, insensitive and utterly meaningless comments sits idly by. Rest assured the same hypocrisy applies in the other direction. Wasn’t it just recently that Laura Ingraham was boycotted because she made a mean remark about young Mr. Hogg’s college rejections? Does anyone really care about what Laura Ingraham says to a child about his college applications? Call me a troll. Call me a pox on this Board. Rest assured, I don’t care and I won’t boycott. If I offend you so, please utilize the ignore feature.

It is nice to see NBC/MSNBC going all Dan Rather and defending her ridiculous lies. And people wonder why the media have zero credibility. Comcast is slow-pedaling this the same way Fox is whistling past Laura Ingraham's issues--ratings are good and they don't want to encourage a dustup from the fringe. The alt-left has long suggested that MSNBC is whittling away the most liberal voices on the network that didn't get Rachel Maddow's ratings (Ed Schultz, Melissa Harris-Perry, Alex Wagner, Joan Walsh, moving Rev. Al Sharpton to a forgotten weekend timeslot, etc.) amid cross-claims that minority hosts are at risk in favor of more establishment hosts like Nichole Wallace, Brian Williams, or Andrea Mitchell. Sending Reid packing early reopens both of those conspiracy theories. If it turns out she is guilty, it's a much easier decision then rather than now.

Sending Reid packing early reopens both of those conspiracy theories. "Fringe" and "alt-left"? Reid is pretty much under constant fire from the DSA and the Bernie contingent (see Killer Mike, Nomiki Konst, Halper, etc), and from all accounts, that's where these new reports are coming from. If she has a base, it'd be "mainstream Democratic MSNBC viewer" and her politics are pretty clearly establishment. I don't know what I'd term "fringe" or "alt-left", but I'm pretty sure whatever that entails would be super excited by the prospect of MSNBC firing Joy Reid.
