This team is not well coached across the entire staff. If the Option A is to throw it into THREE Providence players, what was Plan B?

I just don't get this final play. Coming out of three timeouts. We heave with four seconds left? And we blew another lead. I don't know what to say at this point.

6 games that could have been Ws. Was really hoping that they would have broken through and figured out how to win by this point, but until we get somebody on the floor who can direct traffic competently, I guess it's going to be almost impossible to get over the hump.

He has been atrocious in end game situations.

They say the biggest jump for players and coaches is between 1st and 2nd seasons. It better be, because there are a ton of red flags on Pat.
He looks to be in way, way over his head. Absolutely no clue in late-game situations. Afraid we’re going to have to hit the reset button again on top seat.

That was just a horribly coached game by Ewing.

Excuses for what? Players made mistakes, what’s to excuse. Missed free throws, bad turnovers, low basketball IQ. At some point you have to hold players accountable. Not just the players, coaching let us down too. Def said this Ewing clearly got outcoached.

Amazing cant wait to hear the excuses on this one from the board... Excuses for what? Players made mistakes, what’s to excuse. Missed free throws, bad turnovers, low basketball IQ. At some point you have to hold players accountable. Yes that’s true. But when you don’t even get a shot off some of that is on the coach too.

Ewing subscribes to the Chris Mullin School of coaching. Ed Cooley does not.

Hoyas blow this game and give it away. Ewing gets outcoached period. No disrespect. How! What should he have done from your perspective?

That was a crazy play.
But, this team is well coached. Anyone who watched this team last year and this they aren't well coached is either willfully ignorant or has an awful memory.
Ewing does need to work on his end of game situational coaching though. That last play was crazy.

FTs was a new thing, but lack of a steady guard is the same ol' story.

Derrickson foul out hurt. This one should have been a win. But, not.
