Does anyone know how good Denver Anglin is? He seems to be a high priority. The kid can really shoot with range and with little space. I'm not quite sure on his off the dribble game but Anglin is one of my favorite prospects that isn't local. Wow! This guy must be really good.

From the article it sure sounds like Denver is very enthusiastic about us and how we have been trying to get him since early in his career so this could be a good underrated player to get (something the staff seem to have an eye for). However “Anglin has set no timetable for a decision and doesn’t intend to make one prior to his senior season.” so unless his visit this summer blows him away then we will have to wait and see with this one, but could be a great get and I used to play soccer against his Jersey school in a grudge match between the public and private school of the area so let’s get him

Would a more athletic DSR be accurate?

I've seen him listed somewhere as 6'3 recently...he's slender/wiry...gets his shot off quickly...reminds me a little of Sleepy Floyd...a little different style as Sleepy was a quiet assassin and Denver is more vocal and passionate on the court...

Ramel Lloyd JR, I’m a bit surprised there isn’t more chatter on this one as he commits sunday, he is rated in 67 overall with a tag of pg but at 6’6” he is also listed 16th of all small forwards in the class, report says he has the tools for either spot at the high level which would be incredible as having more than one pg level ball handler could wreck defenses, running theory from hilltop hoops is that since Oregon (the one people seemed to think was his lean) just signed a 5 star pg of the same class and how we have allegedly cooled on Martin and Ward means we could have a good shot with this one. Would be a great grab with the added flexibility of positions that could still leave us with a chance at Rowan (depending on Lloyd’s positional aspirations) and as a bigger guy that can handle like a pg could be a solid draft prospect after a few years www.google.com/amp/s/www.oregonlive.com/recruiting/2021/06/ramel-lloyd-jr-4-star-guardforward-and-key-oregon-ducks-target-previews-sunday-decision.html%3foutputType=amp

Not sure where the Hoyas are in the mix though

If he is up to 6'3" now than he will be a walking bucket with Riley, Dante, and Tyler keeping the court spread.

"We have allegedly cooled on Ward and Martin"?...That would be disappointing if true as I've felt that Ward was our #1 SF target (with Martin right behind)...haven't seen that/where did it come from?

Aidan from Hilltop hoops mentioned it, when it comes to ward i want him too but the whole Virginia tech thing might’ve hurt us really badly so the staff has changed gears but haven’t forgotten about him I hope. Martin could be a good one too so as long as they didn’t shut the door out of hopes for someone higher rated then that’s fine. Lloyd would be the kind of get that I’ve wanted to see for awhile, a top 75 type player that has great potential to get drafted after say 3ish years to build a sustainable program again, fingers crossed for this coming Sunday

So many recruits want to visit the Hilltop. It's exciting to see. In the end...I trust the end result of the 2022 class will be a fruitful one!

There are easily a dozen or more kids that are showing interest in the Hoyas that we would all be extremely happy to have commit to the program. Here’s hoping someone takes the leap soon.
