Surprised he's gonna sign with an agent, why not keep your options open..

Congrats to LJ. Kids an incredibly hard worker and nothing would make me happier than seeing him make it on NBA team, he deserves it.

Definitely sad news for the Hoyas, but congrats to LJ and his family. I'll be pulling hard for him to make the League. He's a great, tough player, and developed very well over the course of his career at Georgetown. Hope only the best for him.

Happy for LJ but it completely sucks for GTown....I'm one of the few people that believe that he will get drafted and stick in the league. His athleticism will kill at the combine and some GM will take a chance........

Are we at rock bottom yet? Or is there more to come?
Best of everything to L.J. You gave us some outstanding basketball and gave it all.

Congrats? Did he already get drafted?
I hope the best for him but he is a longshot to make the NBA let alone get drafted.

Surprised he's gonna sign with an agent, why not keep your options open.. Because the back up option is he goes to Europe or the D-League, not that he spends another year at Georgetown. Can't really blame him, it can't be fun to be a player here the past couple of years.

To me "Rock bottom" at this point, will be if we lose a significant player or two to transfer. Most of us expected LJ to go pro. I understand he has a child to support and he is probably good enough to at least play in Europe and earn more immediately than most kids who leave Georgetown with a degree. If he can make the NBA...icing on the cake.
I wish him a great career, and am not wringing my hands over this.

Wish you guys hadn't been so mean to JTIII. LJ would've come back for his senior season if not for whiny, entitled Milennials. /tc

Best of luck to LJ. Sad to see him go especially with where we're at right now but totally think this is the best move for he and his family. What a great kid who has represented Georgetown extremely well these last 3 years. Hope someone gives him a chance in the league bc he will work his butt off as he's shown here. Good luck LJ, we're all pulling for you!

If you can do a little exposé on GU basketball, it would be greatly appreciated.

Agree completely with the sentiment but LJ leaving is not in my opinion related to our coaching situation. In fact, if we had a good season it would have been more likely he leaves to earn a living. But we could be dead last in the Big East next year as a result.
