Not to go overboard, but his play of late is very Eric Smith like and that is the highest type of praise I give.

I am officially ready to watch some of his dance moves. Anyone shooting 58% from 3 can dance all he wants. Great game Jagan! About time!

If there's a silver lining to all of the upheaval this season, it's Jagan getting the recognition that he deserves for what he does for his team. I'm really happy to see him having fun being a Hoya again. I love seeing him get fired up for guys finishing plays that he initiates. It's easy to overlook team-first guys. Nice to see a guy like that getting a bit of a brighter light on him. It should have happened sooner.

Problem is the winner of this isn't the guy who plays good positional defense. The winner has to eithr block a ton of shots or get a bunch of steals. Love the goal, but it's going to be really hard.

Love the goal, and, at the end of the day, it's about the process not the result. "Before enlightenment, chop wood carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood carry water." If he does what he needs to do, we should all be happy for him.

I like the fact that he places great pride on defense. I have noticed others positioning themselves to take charges as well. He is putting the voters on notice. Buckle up. I remember earlier in the season, we were looking for leaders, this is one of them...along with our other upperclassmen.

While that is often the case, if JM can play strong defense and limit Howard, Powell and others he will get noticed.

I love that Jagan is so focused on defense and he is playing well. I just wish he would try to score more. Maybe some of his previous struggles have scarred him. He's a capable shooter and is athletic enough to get to the basket. He has just become very passive in a time that he doesn't need to be. I thought he broke out of it with SMU/Cuse but he's gone back in the whole. I don't think its a coincidence the offense hasn't looked nearly as good since he has.

He took 5 shots, but 2 of them were runners in the lane during the blowout minutes in the first half. He wasn't the only one taking bad shots, and was only a small piece of the problem, but he was trying to force something to happen at that point - as were Terrell, Jamarko, Jahvon . . .

You can’t have 4 defections and a Mac injury and expect to shine. Addition by subtraction has its limits. I’m worried about conference play, even with Mac back.

All 7 non-Hoya teams had periods when they looked outstanding. Any team that doesn't show up for large periods of the game this year is toast.

Mosely only took two official shots in the 1st half, he made one of them and the other was a missed 3 pointer... He also had 4 made free throws...
