That brings up an interesting point. Will Pat allow his players to wear #33 for the Hoyas? I hope so. We retire memories, not numbers. Very true. I just recall PEJr and Mourning asking PE's permission to wear the number.

Recruiting and landing the right players is everything. definitely get back to offering many of A-List players; and make that connection to getting them to sign to play on the hill. For me, it's all about those "Top 5 desire" kids. The other rankings don't matter anywhere near as much to me. Lots of other things can be coached up. Internal fire is special, and I think something Ewing and his assistants should zero in on.

Even the Syracuse insiders are saying that the move to hire Ewing WILL secure Stewart....

Agree. Make it official - even if it could break. Let's show some momentum.

Isaiah Stewart shined during his first 17U EYBL session. The 6-foot-9 15-year old big man was a monster on the boards, averaging a double-double while helping The Rocks to a 4-0 record. Head coach Jim Hart raves about Stewart's overall make-up, so it will be fun to see how good the sophomore can get over the next calendar year. www.d1circuit.com/news_article/show/784906?referrer_id=
