Drake London: I'm intrigued by London because of his size, physicality and ability to create for himself off the dribble. London is also a four-star wide receiver, and that football mentality shows on the basketball floor, where he embraces contact. With programs like Virginia and Georgetown among those starting to offer hoops scholarships, he's going to have a tough decision about whether to hoop or play football at the next level. _ basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/dallas-live-saturday-bossi-s-scouting-notesThe staff seems to has a good eye for talent. He says he plans to play both FB and BB in college, doubt he ends up here

JOSIAH JAMES PG 6-6 195 CLASS OF 19 CHARLESTON, SC (PORTER-GAUD SCHOOL) One thing is for certain is the staff is really looking/prioritizing the need for a ball handling/playmaking wing with size for the 19 class...

Sounds like there is a reasonable chance of getting Lester Q, Whitney and Wilson. That would be a really good class and if somehow they get one of the other guys then it becomes a possible program changing class.

Certainly not expecting all of those guys, or most of them. And while we obviously we're fortunate that Akinjo decommitted from UConn after Ollie was axed, it was not "luck" after that. Patrick immediately went to visit and sold him on his plans for the program. I am confident that he will do the same with one or two big names for next year.

London, a three-star wide receiver, has football offers from virtually the entire Pac-12 and some other out-of-region Power Five teams such as Virginia, Vanderbilt and Purdue. Almost every school that has offered him for football is open to him playing basketball and in hoops some programs without high level football like Georgetown are all over him as well. A two sport star would be a welcome addition. Any guards out there that can play RB?

Josh Nickleberry 6'4 SG Josh is a 6’4 shooting guard that has great feel for the game. He is an athletic and big guard. He is a big contributor on the offensive and defensive side of the ball as he is very vocal. This weekend he was making many three-point shots and showed that he can score the ball on all three levels. Josh is really starting to get noticed by different college coaches. “My recruitment is going really well, I have five offers right now from Baylor, Virginia Tech, VCU, Wake Forest and Howard, so I would say its going the way I want it to.” He is also hearing from a number of colleges a lot including Penn State, North Carolina, NC State, Xavier, East Carolina, Miami, Florida and College of Charleston.” He has visited North Carolina, Georgetown, Maryland and NC State. He mentioned that he hopes to visit Penn State soon. makeplayz.com/2019-josh-nickleberry-talks-game-recruitment/Louisville made their first hit in the 2019 class on Thursday with the commitment of four-star guard Josh Nickelberry. A heavily recruited prospect out of North Carolina, Nickelberry becomes the first high school prospect to pledge to Chris Mack during his time at the ACC program. Nickelberry discussed the reasoning behind his commitment. “It was the best situation, honestly,” he said. “They have the opportunity to play early and get me to my main goal, which is the NBA. Coach (Chris) Mack is a great coach, as well. They told me I could be their lead guy by running both the one and the two.” A member of the Rivals150, Nickelberry chose Louisville over NC State, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Clemson and a handful of others. He will primarily be valued for his scoring as he brings good size to the perimeter and a confident approach. He is a sturdy three-level scorer that can also defend multiple positions in the backcourt. The first commitment in the 2019 class for the Cardinals, Chris Mack and his staff remain heavily entrenched within the recruitments of many others found in the Rivals150. Local product David Johnson is a solid target of the Cardinals’, as are frontline prospects Isaiah Stewart, Greg Gantt, Matt Hurt and Jason Jitoboh. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/rivals150-josh-nickelberry-commits-to-louisville

Kai Jones is apparently blowing up in front of the NBA scouts... Coach Ewing and his staff were the first major to offer Jones. They have demonstrated over and over again high ability to evaluate and offer without giving a SH|+ what the rankings say or what other programs have offered/recruiting him...Love that they trust their eyes and are aggressive in their approach!
