Guess I don't understand the rule - how was Okafor's elbow swing not a flagrant or at least reviewed? Can't help but think it would have been called on a Hoya.

Another thing about that Duke game -- Okafor was dominating but Coach K sat him at the end bc his FT shooting was so horrendous. Can't imagine the collective angst that would be going on over here if that were the Hoyas.
