Duke playing pretty much all 2-3 zone today in their whipping of Louisville today- probably a first for Coach K. Even in the zone, the guards can't stay in front of anyone. But at least there are more bodies in the way when the offensive guards get into the lane. Give Coach K credit (i know, this can be painful) - in just a couple of days, he coached his team up on how to play a defense he has almost never used in his long career, and got them ready to beat a top 10 team on the road. Of course, having the best low post offensive center college hoops has seen in quite awhile also helps!

Their defense masks a lot, but Duke is a great offensive team and Okafor can get pretty much anything he wants in the paint. Force the Cards to shoot jumpers and they're going to struggle.

These are the questions.. 27% from the field 14% from 3, ugly game for them.

Louisville feasted on terrible defenses on a bad schedule. They'll continue to fall down the rankings.

Coach K adjusted and gave Luvul different defensive looks.

That was Coach K's 998th win. . .Duke's next game is at Pittsburgh. Assuming the Blue Devils win that game, Coach K is lined up to go after his 1,000th career coaching win at Madison Square Garden next Sunday against Steve Lavin and St. John's.
