I hate using a left handed comp but the kid reminds me a lot of Tay Prince. Not the most athletic but long, skilled and crafty. He will be a great college player and a solid pro. I hope he follows his friend to the Hilltop.

ndre Rafus is expanding his game: I’ll be honest — the first couple of times that I saw Rafus play, I wasn’t enamored with his game. A 6-foot-7 lefty, he seemed far to eager to stand on the perimeter and fire up contested threes, and while the three-point shot is still a major part of his game, Rafus showed off an expanded arsenal in Philly this weekend. He hit a couple of mid-range pull-ups, he got to the rim and finished over longer defenders with a soft touch and he threw down a couple of thunderous dunks, including one over a defender in transition. He still relies heavily on his left hand, but it’s clear that, when he wants to be, Rafus is more than just a spot-up shooter. Rafus, who is ranked 59th by Rivals, has been piling up offers from high major programs, whipping out his cell phone and pulling up a list of 17 schools that have offered him, including the likes of UCLA, UConn, Georgetown and UNLV. collegebasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/07/13/five-takeaways-from-elevate-hoops-the-showdown/Quade Green also featured

The scouting report referenced in the beginning portion of the article above is pretty much what I saw of him too. Around the time Georgetown offered, I didn't think he was offer worthy and couldn't understand the hype at all.
Apparently, Georgetown is heavily in the mix of things so I'm hoping for the best.

Agree with Deacon and hopefully we get more reports like the one above.. Still floats too much and that's why he can put up huge numbers one game when it's clicking and not so great the next when it's not.
The more he diversifies his game, the more consistent he will become. Fwiw he knows this and apparently is working on it. He has the tools

Andre Rafus is coming to New Jersey this year, but will attend Roselle (N.J.) Catholic instead of St. Benedict’s Prep.
“Just thought it was the best fit,” the 6-foot-9, 190-pound Class of 2017 forward from Baltimore St. Frances told SNY.tv.
Rafus consulted with Kentucky freshman guard Isaiah Briscoe, who finished up at Roselle, winning the New Jersey Tournament of Champions title in March, after starting his career at St. Benedict’s in Newark.
“After speaking with Andre Rafus’ dad, and looking at what both schools offered on and off the court, his family felt more comfortable with Roselle being he will be moving to the Jersey area,” Dwayne Wise, recruiting director for Team Melo, told SNY.tv.
