Is there any generous, trusting soul out there who wouldn't mind sharing with me their Uverse or other login/password for tomorrow night so I can watch the game with Fox Sports Go? PM me.

GUMBA - I was wondering when someone would reference that.
Comcast has been promising to get FS2 for about a year, but they haven't. Complaining to them may help. But until they do, you will need to get someone else's login, go to a sports bar, change cable providers or find a streaming site online.

These early games are deceptive. UNLV won against Morehead State and Sam Houston State by a combined total of three points.

Should be a little better test of our inside game as the Texas team has several players over 6'7" with a Slovakian center at 6'11". My one concern after watching the first game is that the Hoyas ae very thin at the 4-5 position--no pun intended. Smith is still relatively immobile, Hopkins is a defensive presence but still not showing signs of becoming an offensive force, Hayes is very raw and Copeland is literally rail thin. There are ways to work around these shortcomings and JT III has combinations that he can run out there who are able to play fast and handle most teams that are not gigantic. Still it will be important to know what is out there going forward if and when the Hoya bigs have foul trouble.

Viktor Juricek, the 6'11" center to whom calhoya refers, did not even play one minute in the Islanders' opener against Our Lady of the Lakes; he is a junior, and only played in three games last season. I doubt he'll get in this game either, so GU will have a decided height advantage. Maybe they'll do more with it than in the St. Francis game.

But until they do, you will need to get someone else's login, go to a sports bar, change cable providers or find a streaming site online. Caught some comments about this issue on a Comcast website. Apparently NASCAR fans have been complaining over a year now that they can't see some of the premier events of their sport because FS2 isn't on most Comcast/Xfinity listings. But because Comcast has just inked some major deal with NASCAR, the company has reportedly claimed that FS2 should be added to all Comcast services by 2015. Now...what part of 2015 I'm not exactly sure

How unlucky it is that Comcast doesn't cover Fox Sports 2 yet. I wish I could watch this game, any ideas on how to access Fox Sports 2 or any reliable streaming sites that may cover it?

On some cable systems (like Cablevision/Optimum), FS2 is available as part of the optional additional sports package. It's only $8.95/month so I will probably just order it and then cancel after the month. I figure, if I could pay $5 bucks to see it online, I would, and we have two FS2 games in a week, so why not...

For whatever it's worth, the Islanders are 1-2 against Big East schools. They beat South Florida when the Bulls were in the league, and lost to DePaul 85-70 (11/28/2007) and Marquette 86-50 (12/2/2010).

For what it's worth... If you have an iPhone or iPad just download the Foxpsorts Go app. You can watch it on the devices or buy or borrow an AppleTv box (around $75). Connect the box to your TV. You can live stream the game from your iPhone or iPad to the TV. Just love Apple!

Xfinity/Comcast in our area (South Central Pa.) is a provider.

I think the point is that those without cable access to FS2 will be same as those without internet access to FS2. Isn't this basically the definition of why we need net neutrality?

If people are complaining about FS2, just wait until our Florida game (and possibly the two after) is on AXS TV, though many cable providers like Fios and U-verse live-stream AXS, which they do not do for FS2.

WAIT A MINUTE! My FiOs cable system includes Fox Sports 2, but it is NOT showing tonight's game airing @ 7pm. My grid lists it at 10pm, which is obviously a rebroadcast. We've got NASCAR on our schedule @ 7. Anybody else with that anomaly? What gives?!
