While UNC may have fake African American Studies classes, apparently Duke has fake science classes. link

The Flat Earth Society does still exist, doesn't it? They have a new spokesman.

If my calculations are correct, the NCAA determination on the allegations of academic misconduct at North Carolina should be announced in about one month.

Yes, I am widely known and admired for my never-ending glass-is-half-full sun-filled view of life. Besides that self-proclaimed cheerful disposition, I know that the NCAA routinely issued its final sanctions roughly sixty days after the conclusion of the disciplinary hearing. So I've got that going for me.

Not sure which would be more satisfying - UNC getting nailed for the sham academics, or getting a mild wrist slap so I could watch the Syracuse fan base melt down over the wretched unfairness of it all.

In any event, I'm planning on popcorn for breakfast.

Hold the popcorn. NCAA report is not going to be released tomorrow due to scheduling issues in Chapel Hill, per the News Observer.

That is a conundrum. When in doubt, go with Syracuse misery... I have to disagree with this. I support justice, and UNC getting off with a slap on the wrist would not be just. So no matter how much the wrist slap would irritate our friends from the great north, I hope that UNC gets what they have coming.

I understand your position but would rather watch UNC get away with using the Warriors and sending them to tiddlywinks class if it meant those insufferable mouth breathers in Syracuse would feel an extra second of angst. I loathe them just that much...
