Committed to Nebraska...wonder if Kenya was his recruiter when the Hoyas were on him a few years ago (similar to Moses)?

Payback for us providing Bennimon to Towson? Originally started his career at Vermont, where he was America East Rookie of the Year. A guy like this would be perfect to provide some experienced depth in the backcourt. I worry that we're a little thin with just DSR, LJ, and Tre. Yes, I know some will say Paul White can play G. Maybe on offense, but his lack of quickness would not allow him to guard anybody.

12 points and 1.6 assists for Towson? Not sure I see what he would add.

I bet he could provide 15 minutes and an outside threat. Doubt that is what he is looking for at this stage in his career though. His name is awesome.

Not sure I'm comfortable increasing our players numerical names. I know we've all gotten used to having players named after the number 3, but a player named after the number 4? I mean, is that really what we want Georgetown basketball to be?

It would seem to me he's interested in playing against better comp in a higher level conference, otherwise why wouldn't he stay at Towson? He's played over 28 mpg for them this year.. I'd bet he's looking for a program that will get him on TV & a chance to win a game in the NCAA tourney too.. 55-147 from 3 & 122-133 from the line definitely peaks my interest, the kid is a high level shooter.. The best part is it's only a 1 year commitment..

Yeah, I would take McGlynn in a heartbeat. One of the best shooters in the country.

If the scholarship isn't being used on anyone else and he's interested....why the heck not???

If the scholarship isn't being used on anyone else and he's interested....why the heck not??? I agree completely. We are very thin at guard next year so I don't think the bar needs to be that high for a senior guard transfer. It gives us more depth where it is needed. Of course, we don't want someone less talented than Tre taking minutes but I don't think that will be a problem at all. This team really could use a good shooter for next year so I think we should look for someone like McGlynn who can immediately contribute and give us some much needed guard depth.

How did he do against us when we played them? Don't particularly remember him doing much but it was awhile ago. Also funny because no one has indicated staff has any interest in the first place, but by all means please continue

Also funny because no one has indicated staff has any interest in the first place, but by all means please continue 10 pts on 4/9 shooting. Not terrible. He also put up 15 against Alabama. On the bad side though, there are a ton of games where he just disappeared scoring-wise against marginal competition.

Not a prospect for transferring to Georgetown, but PG Brandon Randolph is leaving Xavier. Interesting timing since it's before season's end. So not only did Xavier not gain a PG today (Traci Carter), it lost one.

Xavier head coach Chris Mack is denying, this afternoon, that Brandon Randolph has asked him for a release, and Randolph has tweeted out that he is in New York City preparing to help Xavier in its run for the Big East title, so I'm not sure that the rumor about Randolph's transfer is accurate.

Interesting...got the info from a tweet that was linked on ESPN.com.

I saw that too, and went to the xavierhoops.com site, where there was a separate tweet from Randolph and report as to Mack's response to a question. The original tweet was from the scout.com site.
The posters at xavierhoops.com seem convinced that this likely going to happen. This may ultimately prove to be true, but not yet confirmed by the main characters involved.

Marquette's Steve Taylor has announced that he will be transferring out of Wojo's program.
