20 and 10 for Hop?? I don't watch a ton of international ball, but I recall they have some different goaltending rules...is the rim not allowed to block your shot? hm

I don't watch a ton of international ball, but I recall they have some different goaltending rules...is the rim not allowed to block your shot? hm FIBA rules allow a defender to block any shot that is over the rim and the ball is on its upward flight. In international ball, the mere fact that the ball is over cylider (rim) doesn't matter as long it is NOT on a downward flight. Thus, if an errant shot bounces off the rim, a defender can swipe it away as long it is in an upward flight. At least that's how I understand it.

20 and 10 for Hop?? He is 15/27 from the floor and 10/11 from the foul line. 9 offensive rebounds in 2 games so probably several put-backs in there.

Hop played his best basketball towards the end of his senior season. He was much more consistent offensively as the season was winding down. As frustrating as it was to see Hop misses some bunnies during his 4 years, I never questioned his effort and intensity level. Night in night out, he always brought it! I'm hoping Hop has a long and successful basketball career.

Wasn't sure where to put this on one of the most underrated Hoyas guards of all time. I loved Jessie Sapp's game!

Apologies if already asked and answered, but how much are they pulling down and what is typical attendance for a game? I've heard the international leagues pay pretty well but I can't believe the TBL pays real big (Italy might be better).

If we had senior year Starks with this years squad, we be in the conversation for a 1 seed in the upcoming tournament! His energy, leadership and ability to break down the defense off the bounce are would be huge on this years team. I miss watching him play and I actually think he will make his way to the Association at some point as he has had a successful stint in Australia and looks like he is off to a great start in Italy. I could easily see Starks on the Spurs in the next year or two.

Cremona? I'm probably wrong about this, but isn't that where The Taming of the Shrew takes place?

Maybe if you said making the tournament we could find some common ground.

Kudos to all the guys for keeping their basketball dreams alive. I know little about the international game -- how do the overseas leagues stack up quality-wise? Curious about the relative popularity of the game in the various countries.
